  With this NDC administration headed by Mahama-Amissah Arthur, forget it. No policy is going to come from anywhere. Even the MMT program that was given the necessary impetus under the previous administration has gone comatose. The one that had been in operation is dead, they couldn't even manage it, let alone craft a policy, draw a program and make it functional to address urban transportation vis-à-vis worker productivity.

  WE HAVE DISTRICT, MUNICIPAL/CITY, REGIONAL AND FEDERAL GOVT . STREAMLINE THE GOVT N REMOVE THESE QUACK/QUASI, USELESS GOVT INSTITUTIONS WHICH EXIST BUT DONT DO ANYTHING TO RENDER EFFICIENT SERVICE OR COLLECT REVENUE.
  1.CHECK PUBLIC SECTOR CORRUPTION. INSTITUTE CORRUPTION COURTS!
  2.REDUCE PUBLIC SECTOR WAGES.
  3.HIRE LESS PPL TO PROVIDE EFFICIENT SERVICE. WE NEED DISCIPLINE, CLEAR OVERSIGHT, CHECK N BALANCES N PATRIOTIC HARDWORKERS IN THE SYSTEM.
  4. FACTORIES
  GH REVENUE SOURCE: TAXES. LOANS, GRANTS FROM OUTSIDE FOR REVENUE GENERATING VENTURES IN GH. STREAMLINE INDUSTRIES, GOVT...CUT DOWN SPENDING,
  WIDEN TAX BASE, EXPORT MORE.
  NOT A BUNCH OF THIEVES WHO COME TO STEAL N COLLECT BRIBES! WHO ARE YOU MAKING A MOCKERY OF?...

  It is a shame that people failed to think in voting and as a result voted for a corrupt, self-centred, fraudulent and incompetent personality like Mahama.
  Mahama has NO CLUE what he is due at the position he is occupying. He is only buying time and amassing wealth for himself and his party and ethnic groups.
  Nothing has worked or is working since he came to the position he is occupying.
  1. Erratic but hiked utility (electricity, water, etc) supplies
  2. Poor health services delivery due to non-payment nurses and doctors sallies although huge amount have been fraudulent paid at GYEEDA, SADA, to RLG, etc, huge Judgements debts have been paid to individuals and companies at the expense of vital employees.
  3. High levels of corruption perpetuated by MAHAMA himself through his quangos - RLG, GYEEDA, SADA, etc
  4. No single functional policy has been implemented by this doggoned thief and fraudster imposed on Ghana by Afar-Gyan and ATUGUBA (aka ATUBRIBE) as "president".
