EVEN CAB DRIVERS IN MAJOR GLOBAL CITIES LIKE NEW YORK, TORONTO, LONDON DONT HAVE TO ABIDE BY SUCH PRIMITIVE SANCTIONS. GO TO JOBURG AND FIND OUT HOW TAXI DRIVERS ARE REGULATED? U CAN FORCE EACH DRIVER TO REGISTER WITH A STATION. BUT TELLING THEM TO OPERATE WITHIN A CERTAIN AREA IS BEYOND STUPID. Assesnbles should creat the drver wire less system, where indivdual dont stop taxi drivers and jump into it.They have to phone to thier respective assembles call centre to book thier taxis, like what is being done in the UK and some developed nations. This will normalised congestion as the operator will be able to tell the number of taxis in a particular area.

Thats the whole reason of having a plate on back of taxi beside tax reasons..When you see taxi running from accident scene, beside saying wether its Kia or ford give police the plate(tag) number..The Numbers are not suppose to be repeated in each state(usa) or region/city in Ghana..Never involve Gov. in booking systems..Thats private business..IN THE USA, the telephone number is posted on taxi/cab (even now website address) so customers can call either the driver or owner depending on the persons number posted on taxi

Remember running a taxi is not a private business as you think. IS what is known as service to the public and cannt be private, YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLE.Dont always think about the money, think of the service first.

The only thing thats not private about taxi/cab business in usa is Plates and Permits..Some areas(airport) may require seperate permit. And now some states have plates that say taxi on plate..Don't try to pass that Uk tax shi ...

They can read your plate while driving behind and seach police records for wanted people and stop them! Dumbass nobody give a damn London, that why we left there hundreds of years ago..

They can easily be arrested when their vehicles are used for armed robbery. That is why they do not want to be registered. What a bad intention! Police, execute them. They are not aware that you are smarter than them.
