Are they trying to tell us that the victims were sitting on some coconut tree or hanging from some unknown bar from the air? If they say the guns were fired into the air. Where were they pointed at in the air? This must be in ...

Odwira and celebrations of the sort are to be focused or themed on traditional and customary practices which of which some are dying out but not the introduction of technonlogy. The chief must speak in the local language or dialect not in foreign language whatsoever. If not, then, what is the essence of it? Bullets flying indicated that we have essentially lost the importance of such a traditional celebration.
