    Zoomlion's headquarters are in Changsha, Hunan Province, PRC. Not in Ghana.

    How sad.Corruption is so deep-seated in this country that from judges to the garbage engineer,there are few exceptions.I can name only a few people who are not corrupt,otherwise the whole society is corrupt,period.
