In fact he Atuguba was so anxious he read a wrong judgement which was corrected after 24 hours in the books. Atuguba is treacherous, dishonest, and did not exhibit objectivity throghout the deliberations In fact if dotse a Kuffuor had not allowed his tribal affliations with Tsikata to cloud his objectivity Mahamah could have lost 4 to 5. THE PETITIONERS in their own right should have taken him off the panel. Isnt it ironic that Rawlings appointees: ATUGUBA, GBADEGBE, AKOTO BAMFO, voted deciding that NO VOTER INFRACTIONS TOOK PLACE in the December 2012 election and that the PETITION was without merit?. GOD SAVE GHANA Nana will win hands down next time. IT is now open sected that ATUGUBA twisted Dotses arms to vote with him.

This positions cannot hold in academics which present the truth. So anybody wanting to see or read the truth should refer to academics expositions. These are scientifically based and proven so are more reliable than the political perspectives.
If the president says the economy performed well, he said it without empirical data to back what he says. So how serious could his statement be taken than a mere propaganda.
Knowing many of our people are not academically endowed, politicians prefer to go the way of propaganda. Fortunately , I do not read or take propaganda statements serious.They are probably meant for ''illiterates and less informed.
Sometimes, data churned out by government sponsored institutions are twisted to favour government.It is only independent institutions which could be taken seriously when it comes to national statistics.

Mr President, the election petition did not stall economic growth if you were focused on working hard and desisting for the many overseas travels, some of which could have been delegated to your High Commissioners who mostly attend Diasporan social functions and do not get involved in fellow Ghanaians getting into troubles overseas. Some of our diplomats are too shy to stand up and face harsh decisions against some of our folks. Remember the Ghanaian lady who was deported from Wales to go home and die as there was no proper medical facilities for her illness in Ghana at the time?. Remember also the Ghanaian lady who fed her child the "African Way" and is now languishing in jail because of practising African culture that was deemed brutal and primitive over here?. There was no diplomat to come out to the lady's rescue. Yet when an European citizen is caught up even in a drugs crime their high commissions at least go to their aid as much as possible.
If our President delegates most of these overseas duties to the Ghana High Commissions he and the Vice shall have ample time to steer the direction of economic activity at home.Finally, how could Ghana attract overseas investments in the face of water shortages, Dum So, dum so, poor sanitary conditions even in the centre of Accra?.Not until some or all of these conditions have been addressed, the multination investor would look for a much cleaner environment like Senegal and Angola to invest there. We are not a model of Africa as some would make us believe.

A month after government issued an action paper on scandalous revelations of graft at a youth employment agency, JOY NEWS checks reveal action is yet to be taken on it.

The nation is losing about fifty million Ghana cedis monthly as contracts which the committee recommended should be abrogation have still not been cancelled.

The Ghana Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Agency (GYEEDA) came under fire after Joy FM's Manasseh Azure uncovered rot at the government-run agency. A ministerial committee was set up by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah to look into allegations of massive corruption and fraud.

A senior member of the ruling National Democratic Congress Sam Pee Yalley also described the report that came out of that investigation as horrible and stinking.

Political opponents such as former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Ahafo Ano South, Stephen Balado-Manu challenged the President to act on the recommendations contained in the investigative report, saying GYEEDA report is a litmus test for Mahama on corruption

It has been more than two months since the ministerial committee, which undertook the investigations, submitted its report to the President Mahama.

The President who asked an adivsor P.V Obeng to review the report and draw up an action plan promised radical restructuring and vowed to "implement those recommendations in a very firm manner".

It is now more than a month since the government issued this action paper in which it directed Attorney-General to chase persons cited in GYEEDA report.

The President also charged state institutions such as Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Economic Organised Crime Office (EOCO), and the Attorney General’s Department to act on the recommendations.

But action is yet to be taken on the GYEEDA report. Manasseh Azure Awuni, reports that his checks reveal nothing has been done so far.

He reports that the Attorney- General is waiting for EOCO to present a docket of their investigations in order to take legal action while EOCO sources say they are only looking at top GYEEDA officials cited for corruption and fraud.

EOCO sources says they are not pursuing Zoomlion Ghana Limited, a waste management company, Asontaba and other service providers whose contract with government were suppoed to be abrogated.

Manasseh reveals that there is no deadline to be met by state institutions working on the GYEEDA action plan.
