Lets forget about who won and who lost. the biometrics simply captured people data and address. The paper results need to tally and here has to be a way of avoiding errors. I wonder if it will be better if we use a bar-coded system. Each bar-code represents 1 person, his or her address. This will match one central database. This will be presented in order to vote. But the voting is your secret ballot which cannot be compromised in any way and must be respected. So, Dr. Yaws points are good as a way forward.
