In the present scheme of things you count for nothing, infact Gabby Otchere Darku has replaced you in the hierachy. So just tip toe back to CPP, PPP, or PNC where they would still be enough space for a progigal son.

historically, because of the evil deeds of the up/npp tradition since the independence days, they have never won any genuine election apart from the election of 2001. they won that election genuinely all because Ghanaians were fed up with Rawlings and his government at that time and seriously looking for a change. if there was another party beside the npp that was as strong as the ndc, that party would have won instead of the npp. in 1969, general afrifa and his gang of terrorists in collaboration with the cia,banned cpp activists and helped devilish prof busia and his gang of nation wreckers to take over the reigns of government, but this was cut short by general ik acheampong and the nrc. in 2004, the npp seriously rigged the elections and declared themselves winners. the one who singlehandedly hijacked the mandate of the electoral commissioner and declared the npp as winners was nobody else than the son of a bomb thrower in the history of our country, jake obestsebi lamptey. that was the election that recorded over 130% voter turn outs in the Ashanti region. if the late good old prof Attah Mills had listened to some advises from some leaders of the ndc and refused to concede, Ghana would have been plunged into civil war by now. he been a God fearing leader, did not want innocent Ghanaians to die because he wanted to become a president unlike some characters in the elephant family who are so bloody thirsty and would do anything, including the killings of innocent Ghanaians to gain political power. for them, political power is every thing one should struggle for in our country Ghana.

Kweku, the constituency NPP is looking at is Ghana and not the NPP national delegates congress. Akufo Addo may win the national delegates congress because, he's popular amongst the NPP party. Now, lets step out of the NPP fraternity/party and do the maths, and that's where the issues are, and the focus needs to be.
