  Good there has been measures to recall the product and a commitment from the company to recall the product.
  But how much compensations can to give to any person who suffers any complications because of this product.
  Let us get it right from the start and makes sure we always bring in high quality products which pass our clinical trials, because we donot even know how may children we have lost due to product failure.
  Lets be up and doing to the task.
  Would be happy to know which sanctions are given out to this company on this.

  WHAT HAPPENS TO THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY USED THE DRUG. ANY COMPENSATION FOR THEM OR TOBINCO IS WAITING UNTIL WE SUE THEM IN COURT?

  Agree with you, how many have been damaged already, I think it is only in Ghana that such a case can be handled so calmly,if the company is proposing compensation then he admits some level of harm has been done.

  Please donot let us just let them have a field day and go away once again because if a company can supply such an essential medication to hospitals,clinics and pharmacies with no proper license and certification then how many of their product lines are also compromised.
  Lets form a consumer association and look out for such companies who are jus in for money and not for the health of the Ghanaian people.
  Mr. ESUMAN SHOULD LOOK AT HIS STATEMENT AGAIN BECASE IF QUALITY WA HIS FIRST PRIORITY THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED HE WOULD HAVEENSRED THAT ALL THE NECCESSARY STEPS TO ENSRUE QUALITY WOULD HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED
