nana is spent and a member of the old crony system of corrupt unscrupulous individuals who are partly to blame for the mess our country is in today . he served under one of the most corrupt presidents ghana has ever seen and up till today has never voiced out his opinion on these matters . imagine our gold being exploited by foreigners who do not care to invest a single penny in our economy , in fact the situation is worse than under outright colonialism . billions of dollars are siphoned out and we are forced into the vicious cycle of borrowing .Better NPP takes a fighter like ken agyapong instead of these fools and forked tongued criminals like nana , kuffuor and alan cash pepeni has no courage to pick competent ministers to rectify these woes nor reshuffle his cabinet to an all inclusive less tribal govt that taps into the strengths of all our people . he had the opportunity to be the best president the country has ever seen but rather chose the most selfish greedy idiots to ruin things further . let me remind him his attitude will lead to a new revolution and war that will have him and kuffuor lying in the gutter in their own blood . we are also the stakeholders of this nation and we say an adamant NO to the corruption and irresponsible attitude of the ruling oligarchy , long live the republic of Akan

What are you talking about? France and as a matter of fact, the western world,is not Ghana where you will have to pay overtime to retrieve a document like this. To move a record into 'archives' in these advanced countries, especially documents involving financial institutions, is to save them electronically and these are kept for a very, very long time. So, let us not fool ourselves that it is over ten years so there is no way of retrieving such documents. It can be done and not at the expense you are talking about. Wake up people. We are not in the stone age.

All this is an attempt to cover up Woyome and the 51m ghs. Initially GNPC said they have no docs related to the deal and they are not aware of any such sale of drilling ship. Now they have taken a u-turn and have come out to reverse the earlier statements
Now SG al says they have no docs and whatever. I wont be surprised if they also take a u-turn.
You see the most important thing is that K.T. Hammond says the $3.5m was in the name of the govt of ghana, so no one except the govt of ghaana can cash it and wherever or whichever bank it was cashed could be found out. The commissioner should call KT to interogate him and later they should call Tsikata for proper questioning. They should find out from KT which court in London adjudicated in the case? who was the arbitrator and all the interested parties in the case. which institution seased the drill ship for how long and why.
how on earth could Tsikata use a whole drill ship as a collateral for GNPC future transaction which never saw the light of day? Did he have the capacity. Did he do that in consultation with the board at the time etc etc.
Now please no politics; let's persue the Woyome money!!!!

Joy News' Joseph Oppong Gakpo who sat through today's sitting reports that Managing Director of Societe Generale (SG) Ghana Limited, Mr Gilbert Hie said the company came into existence in 2003 and has no idea about the payment made in 2001.
But after receiving the subpoena, he said, the company contacted the bank's legal department at their headquarters in Paris, France, but they also replied that they cannot see any document on the $19.5 million judgment payment to the company.
Mr Hie explained that by French law, such documents are supposed to be kept for a maximum of 10 years, beyond it, the law does not require them to continue keeping them, and was therefore not surprised the documents could not be found.
However, the lawyer for the Commission, Dometi Sokpor contested the claim, insisting that by practice they should have copies of the documents in their archives.

I thank the heavens that it is really a fact that the Almighty God never sleeps, and therefore this is a great sign from Him to prove to Ghanaian politicians that the land Ghana is His property and therefore whatever we do as people needs to be done well with honesty.
What a shame in a case like this. No wonder Rawlings called Kufour Ataa Ayi thief. These and other facts like the stolen of the Accra international students hostel located at the Airport area are practical proof of daylight thievery/robbery which could be termed ''vilivilii'', All these is spearheaded by the Ashanti K T Hammond of the Adansi Asokwa constituency in the Ashanti Region and other two NPP gurus in the Kufour govt who front for Kufour and took that land and claimed had paid for it.
Today if go to lands department it is for KT Hammond and others with Kufour hiding behind. Sorrowly and sadly till today, because of stupid and primitive village politics in Ghana nobody had cared to follow up this cheat of stealing the national wealth. I remembered Atta Mills govt followed up but the court said K T Hammond and others bought it so it is for them and no more a govt property. It is just like the govt bungalow Obetsebi Lamptey took and claimed he bought, [ paid small money] and today the court said it is for him and not govt property anymore. What a sad and cryingful situation when people chose to steal the nation's properties this way.
I cried within me because I know they devised strategic means to steal that land at the Airport area. This was done through Kufour's evil and srealing mentality policy called RE-ZONING OF GOVERNMENT LANDS, a strategy used to steal all those govt land including the 150 feet out of the 400 feet of land lying at both sides of the Tema motorway, which Kwame Nkrumah left for future expansion of the motorway so that traffic jam will never take us by surprise.
Kufour really did a lot of many bad things. They forced to build the presidential palace ''the flag staff house'' with convincing argument that it would cost Ghana only 30 million dollars while the India govt covered the rest. Today the whole deal involved OVER 100 million dollars, why all these lies.
God will surely judge all these crooked politicians taking our nation for a ride and jail them in a way that their end will be the nursing of different sickness and diseases that the Almighty God will bestow upon them.
A big sign of the Ashantis in the NPP to steal the lands the Ga people gave to our national govt for national projects of developments. lands A bought it under an elected govt.

Kronosem: if those who paid the said money have no record of the payment how do you expect the receiver of the money proof receipt of such. A nation that does not keep records of anything. Birth Certificates are sold in markets like fish and everybody is buying and making passports with them; no records. Nothing seems to work. Disorder is the order of the day, oh corruption and bribery... Teachers are posted but their salaries are not paid for years. Now one has to go looking for a dead teacher's pin(whatever that is) before their salary is processed.
Oh joojo what do you expect when elections are for sale to the highest bidder and sc is impotent. God help us. Ministers of state have abandoned their department and have taken up a more lucrative jobs at the FM stations defending the indefensible in the most uneducated and dehumanizing manner.

WE ARE IN 2013. THE SHIP WAS FRAUDULENTLY SOLD OFF IN 2001.
SO 2013 MINUS 2001 EQUALS 12 YEARS.
GHANA'S STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IN THIS CASE IS 12 YEARS, SO EFFECTIVELY,THE CASE IS DEAD ON ARRIVAL.
NO SUCCESSFUL LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN BY ALL THE PARTIES INVOLVED IN THIS FRAUDULENT CASE, AND THAT EXPLAINS WHY THE CASE HAS NOW COME OUT.
MY QUESTION:
WHY THEN IS THE JUDGEMENT DEBTS COMMISSION INVESTIGATING THIS DEAD CASE?
HM!! I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IF THE VERY ONE HEARING THIS CASE, JUSTICE YAW APAU, IS ALSO COMPLICIT IN THIS FRAUD.
THAT'S GHANA LEADERSHIP FOR YOU!!
THERE CERTAINLY HAS TO BE ANOTHER BLOODIER JUNE 4 REVOLUTION IN GHANA TO EXTERMINATE ALL THESE CROOKS IN GHANA'S LEADERSHIP POSITIONS AND CONFISCATE ALL THEIR ASSETS!!!
