It is not the government's duty to open a refrigeration plant. Leave that to the private sector and support the entrepreneurs with generous incentives. All governments (past and present) have proved, beyond any reasonable doubt, that they cannot run any business successfully. Period!

THE CAPITAL AS INPUT,WILL HAVE TO INCLUDE THE BUILDING OF FACTORY AND THE PURCHASE OF THE NECESSARY MACHINES AND TOOLS.

THE CAPITAL NEED TO BE PAID BY THE FACTORY OWNERS(PRIVATE VENTURE) AFTER FIVE YEARS OF PRODUCTION WITH INTEREST.

TIME FOR THE EDUCATED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS IN THE COUNTRY TO COME FORWARD WITH THEIR PATENTS.

What a shame, o what a shame! Ghana was assembling refrigerators, wireless sets and other household electronics under license from the Japanese Sanyo Corporation in the 60's and early 70's!
