  The issue Ghanaians need to avert their minds to is what accounted for the growth in the past decade, which growth has fallen in recent times, with the result that, industry is complaining and facing imminent collapse, on all fronts? There's no excuse for ineffectual leadership. The fundamentals which were laid have seen a careful erosion under the present NDC gov't and everybody is feeling the brunt of such mediocre delivery from the Mahama-Amissah Arthur administration.
