    justice Dotse is clearly the person who came out strongly against the litany of anomalies that were traceable to the EC Office but he wasn't the only justice that took the EC to task. Others also did but were more subtle.

    In the US, one justice writes for the majority and another one write the opinion for the minority....looks like in Ghana every justice wrote his or her own opinion...total confusion
