It does not matter whether the article was written my an anonymous author, all that they need to do is check the source or origin (IP)of the said article. It is easier to do this. This is why I warned the person under the article, he could be traced and charged. Most clueless Ghanaians think you can hide behind the internet and write anything just like you keep on doing here.

Atuguba is treacherous, dishonest, and did not exhibit objectivity throghout the deliberations In fact if dotse a Kuffuor had not allowed his tribal affliations with Tsikata to cloud his objectivity Mahamah could have lost 4 to 5. THE PETITIONERS in their own right should have taken him off the panel. Isnt it ironic that Rawlings appointees: ATUGUBA, GBADEGBE, AKOTO BAMFO, voted deciding that NO VOTER INFRACTIONS TOOK PLACE in the December 2012 election and that the PETITION was without merit?. This is as a result of the rebuke from Otumfuo the last time he chastised his chiefs for not coming to his aid when it was published that he sold his jewelry and blamed others for stealing it. In any case, what is all this noise about Nana's involvement. Can Daasebre and her niece deny they did not openly distribute NDC paraphernalia in the clear view of their citizenry while they claim they were doing it for Otumfuo's favor? Look, I am a recipient of one of the items and my mother also was given a scarf by Nanahemaa. These chiefs are hypocrites and Otumfuo should stop this shenanigans. We know he is an NDC man prior to ascendency and nothing has changed. His relationship with JAK was because of JAK's relationship with the stole and NOT because Nana was an NPP sympathizer. It is only the court that can ask the newspaper to withdraw the story or else face the consequence of a libel suit. And so if the asantehene feels that his reputation has been maligned by the publication, his only option, according to our laws, is to go to court and sue for libel...otherwise the story is true!
