THE PETITIONERS in their own right should have taken him off the panel. Isnt it ironic that Rawlings appointees: ATUGUBA, GBADEGBE, AKOTO BAMFO, voted deciding that NO VOTER INFRACTIONS TOOK PLACE in the December 2012 election and that the PETITION was without merit?.
