Hegemony you can only fight with hegemony , tribalism with tribalism , chauvinism with chauvinism and if you dont fight or adopt the attitude of turning the other cheek you run the risk of your children being enslaved or ending up like second class citizens in their own country like indians in latin america today . We expected Kwaku Banku to analyze Tsatsu's criticism of the Judge as opposed to the other eight where the former wassaid to have taken an opposing stance from the onset and when third respondents applied to eve enjoin NOT to use the opportunity given him to make loud noise like an illiterate using unfounded words.

I read all the rulings of the nine SC judges and believe they were all well crafted. Except one aspect of Justice Yeboah. He cited a fellow panel members submission namely Justice Dotse ruling on three of the headings and agreed "in to to" with as his basis for rejecting those claims by the petitioners. Is this allowed in law, or he was too tired, or embarrassed to give his personal reasons against the petitioners which rather fuels more speculation about his fidelity with them. All he said was that he would not multiply words and so had to rely on the industry of his good friend, Dotse to rule against the petitioners on those issues. Very very strange indeed. Please more education is needed on this point.
