    LEGALLY WE ALL KNOW THAT TSATSU IN A PRISON CONVICT, IN FACT HE IS A THIEF AND THAT WAS THE JUDGEMENT HE RECEIVED. THAT JUDGEMENT HAS NOT BEEN REVIEWED BY ANY COMPETENT COURT
