I can't believe people cannot read through the lines of this crook called Nana Addo but continue pouring praises on him. He knew he lost the elections from day one but refused to concede defeat. If not for the fear of God and patriotism displayed by Ghanaians, imagine what the country would be going through by now. The actions of just one man can cause an unimaginable loss of life and destruction.

The praises should rather go to Ghanaians for displaying maturity and not Nana Addo. He does not care if people lost their lives in order for him to become President.

Ghanaians should rather thank God that judgment did not go his way because that would have plunged the country into a state of civil disorder. The swine lost outright and still believes he won. He should recede into his Akyem enclave to become their president and that's the best option for him. Becoming Ghana's president has eluded him forever and ever.

The idiot would have scampered for safety in either the UK or the USA should the civil strife he sought to unleash on the country materialised.

He should learn to die for himself and not others to die for him. Let him do his "all die be die" himself and not I Vodoo Xebieso.

There definitely have to be reforms at the Electoral Commission. The Supreme Court setting must also be pruned or there must a shake-up! The constitution must be amended to allow Ghanaians to vote for justices to be sent to the Supreme Court. So far as the election petition case is concerned, the Supeme Court has failed in its duty to uphold the truth and to encourage Ghanaians to have faith in the judiciary. Thursday, August 29 will forever remain a sad day in Ghana's political history to remember; it was a "Dark Thursday" for Ghanaians.

Your suggestion that Judges of the Supreme Court should be elected is out of this world. It has never happened anywhere, just like no Supreme Court the world over ever annulled the election of a duly elected head of state.

Thursday August 29, 2013 will NEVER remain a sad day in Ghana. And it also cannot be a dark Thursday. That day was the day your Nana Akuffo Addo, alias "Mr. Patapa" and "Ebusuapanyin All-Die-Be-Die" was disgraced.

As for who is to be the new Electoral Commission Chairman, I suggest you recommend your father or Ebusuapanyin All-Die-Be-Die to take over that post.

The simple reasons behind this requirement are to ensure that the signatory consents to such withdrawal and that mere endorsements by others may be falsely appended, unauthorized or designed to take more than a designated amount.

The law states it clear that Presiding Officers must sign the Pink Sheets to validate and authenticate results from a polling station. This is the law, instructed and admitted by the EC.

For justices who have sworn in to uphold the laws of the land to rule against this law, the curious minds wonder in their search for reasons.

One answer is interest - conflict of interest which blocks the mind into acting contrary to sane expectations. It demeans the quality of the Supreme Court - an institution which had until now enjoyed high jurisprudential respect in legal circles throughout the world. What Atuguba and friends might have overlooked is the keen global following of the entire proceedings.

It is clear and without reservation that all around the world Akoffo Addo is being admired not only for his acceptance of the verdict but for his hushness over the painful but obnoxious rejection of the very law the judges are constitutionally mandated to protect.

Atuguba owes Nana some respect because his fears that the NPP would unleash some phantom hooligans into the streets after his kangaroo decision which was known in advance by Mahama and Amissah (clad in white all morning to welcome the verdict), drummed into the scolding ears of Awuku and Co while stumping grounds in preparation against this day of bad judgement. Atuguba knew all along what he was doing, being a relative to the main defendent
