Stop the lies and trying to mislead the people , If you are in a marriage and at the drop of a hat one partner begins to talk of divorce sooner or later that marriage is over . if there is no respect , love but only theft , corruption, selfishness , greed then you know that relationship is over . if none of the parties involve have a vision , concrete plan but just sell each other lies to undermine or mislead the other then you know the unity is gone , we must call a spade a spade , ghana is dead . today the last institution will be tested for its credibility and ability to serve justice but i doubt that as word is already out not only in ghana but internationally that the judges have been bribed in to compliance by the ruling ndc so the last nail in the coffin will in place and from today no matter the verdict one should prepare to see either through war or other violence the birth of sustainable new states such as Akanland , gonjaland eweland fulani or hausa states . whether this happens in a few months or a few decades is irrelevant , this is the future the greedy mahama has ensured for us

We all saw and heard the televised proceedings loud and clear on T.V., and no sane Ghanaian was content with the evasive posture of Afari Djan during cross examination and the mountain of evidence that 4 neutral justices on the panel also couldn't ignore and thus, decided to vote against the Taliban judge Atu-bugabuga's opinion.

Even the European Union is not satisfied with the way and manner the NDC god Afari Djan spent our GHc250 million to conduct the 2012 elections and has offered to help reform the election process in Ghana.

But why is the NDC always afraid of a free and fair elections ?

Because these stealers use elections as a vehicle to create, loot and share our resources and escape justice, for their inability to win a free and fair election will only leave them with the option to engage in robberies to enrich themselves, which will bring them a date in court.

Are we not paying the price for allowing NDC stealers to appoint the EC chair and members of the commission in 1992 and also take part in the election after over 90% of Ghanaians have rejected the continuation of NDC rule in the 1992 referendum ?

Which opposition party can win against a govt which stole GHc30 billion in just 4 years and used much of it to finance its election campaign in the 2012 elections ?

Nana, true blue Ghanaians are proud of you for exposing the gargantuan rot in our elections and as one of the justices rightly said, "elections will never be the same again in Ghana".

You need to take the time and check the number votes Kuffour received in Ashanti and eastern region and compare that with Nana's vote in the two regions and you would see the point I'm trying to make. His egress from politics is leaving some indelible hallmarks - an examplary format for presidential aspirants to look up to the courts and not street hooligans to address their concerns. I salute you, Nana.

Now that the validity has been confirmed the President is undoubtedly set to face mounting domestic problems. First of which is the looming strike by government agencies and the economic problem they will entail amidst depletion of national coffers needed to offset rippling effects to the already sliding economy.

Time for propaganda is over. Lets be serious as a nation and accommodate alternative minds to regain some sanity composure which, in all realities, suffers defficiency.

The President must set up a Think Tank of bright and progressive minds immediately to draw a national blueprint using a new layout as a five-year focus.

This must be done a distance away from partisanship and orthodoxy. This is our country: we share success and failure together. Lets build this nation together.

Upon a scrutiny of the petition, we found that the issues to be determined are as set out at page 125 of the counsel for the petitioners’ written address were as follows:

1. Over voting, 2. voting without biometric verification, 3. absence of the signature of the presiding officer, 4. duplicate serial numbers, that is to say occurrence of the same serial numbers on pink sheets for two different polling stations, 5. duplicate polling station codes, that is to say occurrence of different results of pink sheets for polling stations with the same polling station codes, 6. unknown polling stations, that is to say results recorded for polling stations that are not part of 26,002 polling stations provided by the second respondent in the petition.

We unanimously dismiss the claims relating to duplicate serial numbers, duplicate polling station codes, and unknown polling stations, that is for short.

Atuguba, Adinyira, Baffoe-Bonnie, Gbadegbe, and Akoto-Bamfo, dismiss the claim of over voting.

Atuguba, Adinyira, Baffoe-Bonnie, Gbadegbe, Akoto-Bamfo, dismiss the claims relating to absence of signature of presiding officer.

Atuguba, Adinyira, Dotsey, Baffoe-Bonnie, Gbadegbe, Akoto-Bamfo dismiss the claim relating to voting without biometric verification

Ansah, Owusu and Anim Yeboah grant all the three claims, that is to say, over voting, absence of presiding officers’ signature and voting without biometric verification, annul the votes involved and order a rerun of the affected areas

Dotsey JSC grants the claim of over-voting but has provided a road-map in his judgement as in the figures of votes to be ascertained and cancelled and a re-run of the areas affected

Dotsey JSC upholds the claim relating to absence of presiding officers’ signatures on the pink sheets cancels the results concerned and orders a rerun of the areas affected

Baffoe-Bonnie JSC grants the claim of voting without biometric verification cancels the votes involved and orders a rerun of the areas affected

In the circumstances the overall effect is that the first respondent was validly elected and the petition is therefore dismissed

Our various judgements for the sake of convenience are handed over to the registrar of this court

We highly commend the services of KPMG, the referee appointed to undertake the count of the pink sheet and also the counsels on all sides of this case.

That is our judgement.

their plan was to make Ghana like Egypt. they wanted "tahir square" like demos across the country.

The country should be ready to become the beacon of hope for the continent as do all you to stop your Ministers and officials to stop 'below the belt' politics. Insinuations, looking for ghosts in the eyes of the dead etc. Place Ghana first. Lead Africa to become Africa's lead light again. But she needs to prepare and the leadership must do just that.
