  There was a time:
  we were being sold & bought to be shipped as human-cargo without any 'greener pastures' perspectives; excecpt for those aiming only at their own interests.
  In this 21st. century that 'gateway' has turned the other way round:
  due to poverty, mismanagement by our own self-governments & individual curiousities; we're selling ourselves so cheap at high risk cost of our lives.
  Our country representatives missions abroad are just symbolic, 'doing very little' to the fate of their citizens in the diaspora in this context & aspects & just enriching themselves despite all these risky journeys, mass exodus & life losses.
