It is clear from the above story who owns AGM Ghana. I don't understand what ownership Amin Adam is seeking.

For example, AGM Ghana is owned by AGM Gibraltar. AGM Gibraltar is owned by AGR, Minexco OGG and MED Songhai Developers. Minexco OGG is owned by WA Natural Resources and Minexco Petroleum, also registered in Gibraltar. So it is difficult to determine who actually owns AGM Ghana, and we must be ready for a complex transaction that will involve substantial financial losses to Ghana through tax planning and transfer pricing.

One doesn't have to be a rocket scientist to decipher the deal wasn't meant to benefit the country. Common sense and patriotism dictate you don't enter into any deal with any company whose very existence is shadowy and can create problems along the road. It's also obvious that AGM Ghana was established as a front. The whole deal is fishy. Parliament should scuttle the deal. Enough of this nonsense an thievry deliberately couched in technical jargon.

I have been pointing out in many articles how Ghana's commodity and industrial resources are being exploited and depleted by foreign Trans-National Corporations (TNCs).
This post exemplifies details of how register under different names to avoid paying the right levels of tax to Ghana.
Ghana/GNPC must strike AGM from its books, for both corrupting the nationality of its director and presenting confusing corporate identities for tax avoidance.
The GNPC must also change the way it draws contracts by sacking all its lawyers who have been duplicitous in helping foreign TNCs dupe Ghana through illegal contracting.
