I know and believe that over 99% will not forgive Akufo to seek review of the verdict. That is why Nana should take the lead to address this case. This is the last chance to save his name and integrity. He must do so now.

I know for sure that John Mahama after tasting the sweet wine and the delicious meals at the presidential pantry, won't leave even if the Supreme Court rules against him. This is a man who after promising the British Premier, David Cameron to accept whatever verdict the Supreme Court would deliver, flew to home and went straight the following weekend to announce in Church that he was ordained by God to become president. It's as if God is happy about thieves. John Mahama should be honest and refrain from using the Lord's name in vain. Our God is merciful; He however does not condone cheating and thievery. Besides election fraud is a serious crime and John Mahama shouldn't take things for granted! A wise man in the situation he finds himself now would start planning for a possible exit from the seat of president. It's just common sense! John Mahama must make it clear to Ghanaians and the world that he'll step dowm peacefully when the time comes. That is, if the verdict goes against him. It's simple and plain. There shouldn't be any litigation here and there. Just accept the verdict and step down peacefully. "Dassoor!"

Akufo Addo is the one who should let the public know that he is going to accept the verdict. Those who supported him believe that he has every right to do so. HOwever, if the petition is thrown out and he decides to seek a review, many will hate him for doing so. He can't and shouldn't hold the country for ransom. Ghana does not belong to him.
Au contraire, if the petition is upheld, no one will blame Mahama and NDC if they sought a review. It is human nature to do that even though, nothing will come out of it.
Akufo should be wise and announce publicly that he is going to accept the verdict. This is his last time to save his integrity.

A man went to visit his 90 year old grandfather and while eating the breakfast of eggs and bacon prepared for him, he noticed a film-like substance on his plate. So he says, "Grandfather, are these plates clean?"
His grandfather replies, "Those plates are as clean as Coldwater can get them, so go on and finish your meal".
That afternoon, while eating the hamburgers his grandfather made for lunch, he noticed many little black specks around the edge of his plate, so again he asked, "Grandfather are you sure these plates are clean?"
Without looking up from his burger, the grandfather says, "I told you those dishes are as clean as Coldwater can get them, now don't ask me about it anymore".
Well, later that day, they were on their way out to get dinner. As he was leaving the house, grandfather's dog who was lying on the floor started to growl and would not let him pass. "Grandfather, your dog won't let me out".
Without diverting his attention from the football game he was watching, his grandfather shouted, "Coldwater, get your butt out of the way!"

NO-ONE SHOULD BE URGED TO ACCEPT THE VERDICT. GO FOR A REVIEW IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE A CHANCE. THE LAW/CONSTITUTION IS SUPREME. DON'T PAMPER ANYBODY.

This clarion call for acceptance of the verdict is ignoring the fact that any verdict by the SC becomes the law of the land.Ghanains need to be reminded of this fact.Refusing to obey is not an option.

It's time to stop holding seminars, meetings and so on to call for peace. The trend to organize seminars and meetings to sensitize people means we simply ignore law and the rule of law what is not supposed to be if we do know what democracy is.The decision of the SC is irreversible and must be obeyed by all citizens. Anybody who doesn't comply with it must be arrested and sued. No one is allowed to come into politics if he doesn't know this. So let's stop with seminars and concentrate on our daily work. It's there that our nation needs us not in talk talk or sensitization of whosoever. All the Ghanaians must be ready to deal with the trouble makers and that's all.
