The petition is praying the court that votes were alleged, faked and made up. If proper procedures were not followed then who can claim genuine winner? We are Ghanaians, we don't follow precedents, we set them, we don't go with the flow, we create the flow, the fact that it has not happened before does not mean it cant happen, so listen: if the supreme court believe in the argument, I will be glad to be part of history. This situation has generated wars and mayhem in many societies but up until now, you see, no war only useless talks and write ups like your, but we are OK with that courtesy of democracy.

If an election is conducted by provisions of a law and some of those provisions are have been violated and thus demands cancellation, why blame somebody instead of the law?? Akuffo Addo may not be the best person to lead Ghana but if the 2012 elections were tainted with Statutory violations, it calls for cancellation. whoever benefits from the cancellation should not be blamed. When i started following Ghana Football, my then team Accra Hearts of Oak, knowing very well they could beat their opponents on and off the pitch, would allow opponents who fielded unqualified players to score as many as they could against them. After those matches, they would always go to the football court to claim three points and three goals. It never occurred that only goals that were scored by the unqualified players were cancelled and thus all ten or nine qualified players had their efforts cancelled for no mistakes committed by them. By analogy, the claims that innocent voters should not be punished for the mistakes of the EC do not hold. Period

Every vote will count once there was no infraction reported at the polling stations. Nana should not be that ........ as to seek to benefit from the annulment of about (5) five million votes cast by patriotic Ghanaians.

Please do not forget that it was the Chairman of the Electoral Commission who suggested to the NPP Presidential candidate to go to court if he felt he was not happy with results declared.
