Indeed Ghana is a failed nation. A very good strategic venture by World Bank to siphon the coffers of the country since Ghana lacks the apparatus, technology and the skills to monitor and regulate the financial institutions. World bank has nothing to offer Ghana and its populace except to haul money from the country through the ministers and other government leaders. I my opinion the retires of the bank could invest their resources in other ventures or banks. I want to assure all Ghanaians and Africans that until we become investors of our own resources, we will languish in poverty for ever because no foreign investor will just come and serve you like a slave instead of executing their corporate missions, strategies and targets.

We must reassess all these inflows and make sure it ties up with the country's development agenda.Replacement and upgrade plans must be included in every new project feasibility reports so that the government can capture the cost in the 20,30 and 50 year plans.
Currently leaderships seems confused by the myraiad of developmental project request. We must stop all disparate projects it is only then we can be said to be behaving responsibly. God Bless Ghana.
