  NPP must expel these traitors. Dr. Wereko Brobbey, Dr Arthur Kennedy and Dr. Nharho Tamakloe are traitors in NPP. They hate and dislike Nana Addo. When NDC chairman DR Kwabena Adjei said NDC will kill all judges NDC did not ask him to resign and NDC went ahead he 'won' the 2012 election. When error president Mahama said northners must vote for him because he comes from the north NDC did not ask him to resign because he sounded tribalistic he won massively in all the three northern regions in 2012. When Prof. Mills made tribalistic comment that Fantes must vote for him in 2008 NDC did not ask him to resign and he won massive votes from the Central region. Dr Athur Kennedy hate Nana just like that. Dr Nyaho Tamakloe dislike Nana.

  Pertaining to Gold prices, Ghana is still better off than 5 years ago. The table above speaks for itself. The same speaks for cocoa. During the Ivory Coast conflict Ghana benefitted a lot because Ivorian farmers dumped the cocoa beans on our market due to the crisis that was visited upon them thereby boasting Ghana’s output. Now that things are returning to normal in Ivory Coast the farmers don’t find the need to sell through Ghana. These are hard facts but these Kokompe pastors who have taken their members hostage tell them tall tales and they believe it without verification.
  
  We will confront these charlatan pastors and clip their wings one by one. They have corrupted the Bible and it is time we expose them. Again Jesus died penniless. HEAVEN IS FREE.

Compare our so called economic graduates from our universities to our female Makola business women and our graduate would be no where near the calibre of these women in economics/financial management. There is more to ability than chew, pour and forget education in Ghana. Our cocoa farmers know more about cocoa, production and management of the cocoa farm than our so called graduates in BSc- Agriculture Science. Oh Adzo the little minded. Let me tell you that Prof. Kofi Abrefa Busia, despite his academic excellence in sociologist, seriously struggled to rule Ghana as the Prime Minister whereas people like Krobo Edusei politically performed better even as a minister without Portfolio. Richard Balnkson and Bill Gates are not graduates but I am sure you know their achievements. If not that should be your homework, Adzo.

  It should be noted that without a vigorous socio economic transformation,changing attitude ,respect for rule of law ,hardworking and patriotism Ghana will never see real economic growth and development.Im a Christian and believe in prayers but continues prayers without action is worthless.Prayers should be backed by real action,discipline and adaptation and implementation of 21st century technology.In fact I don,t see that in the current administration.For instance why should Mahamah appoint HARUNA IDDRISU a social science and law major to be the minister for VERY STRATEGIC TRADE AND INDUSTRY SECTOR.This is totally wrong because we have somany accountance,business administrators,etc etc who are very good in these areas to head this strategic sector which is a major backbone of the economy.Our leaders should do the right thing so that the nation can develop Bishop.Most Americans attend only 1 hour church service per week but the country always improves because they do the right thing.

  This is the second and hopefully the concluding part of our discussion on tithing. And let me begin by saying that this article is intended for those who want to know the truth according to the Bible, and are willing to search the Scriptures to see whether these things are so. Acts 17:10-11. In the first part, many were enlightened and some burdens were lifted off many shoulders that have been groaning under the yoke of this bondage brought into the church by greedy or ignorant preachers. Others were mad because their false doctrines and greed and love for money have been exposed. Others were simply ignorant and behaved like the proverbial ostrich that would rather hide its head in the sand than confront error. And some were very indignant, insulting and cursing instead of proving their position by the Scriptures.
  
  As said in the previous post, I used to teach and preach tithing, and when I did, the people just got up and parted with their money. One time, at a church here in Atlanta, Georgia, a pastor friend complained bitterly about the low financial position of his church and invited me to come and speak on tithing, saying his congregation didn't like tithing, and that even weekly offerings were very low. I told him, " Well, it's going to be different on Sunday." Then he asked me, " How ? " I said, " You wait and see ! " As you can imagine, the offering was over and above by about 1000 % the next Sunday. Those who didn't have cash wrote cheques like crazy, and I was proud to coerce them to bring out their money, telling them how they've robbed God and denied themselves blessings, using the "curse" of Malachi 3:9, for good measure ! Finally, I exhorted and commanded them, " Bring all the tithes into the storehouse.....! " I could see the terror on some faces and a lady was literally shaking as she wrote her cheque !
  
  Lord, be merciful to us and forgive us for our many transgressions, twisting Your Word, misapplying Scriptures and abusing Your congregation with our greed and love for money ! Thank You for Your mercy and for Your blood which cleanses us from all sin ! I have repented and cannot in all good conscience preach or teach tithing again, because it is not for the New Testament church ! After carefully studying the Scriptures, I realized that Malachi was talking about corrupt priests in the Old Testament and not the New Testament believers, but these Scriptures in Malachi 3:8-12, have been used for generations to "scam" the Lord's people into parting with their money. Certainly, there are preachers who have been speaking against this abuse of Scriptures and "scamming" the Lord's people, but they have been looked upon with disdain and scorn and venom, but it is better for us to be scorned by mortal men than to fall into the hands of the living God. Hebrews 10:31. " Woe to the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture, saith the Lord." Jeremiah 23:1.
  
  AM I UNDER A CURSE IF I DON'T TITHE ?
  
  No, my beloved, you're not cursed if you don't tithe, and neither are you blessed if you do; God does not need your money in order to bless you ! Abraham was already blessed by God before he ever thought of giving tithes, and so don't let any sakawa prophet, pastor, apostle, bishop, archbishop, or whoever intimidate you by twisting Scriptures to steal your money. The believer should give cheerfully, out of love for the Lord and His work, and not be pressured or threatened or cursed into giving. Our giving could be 10%, 100%, 1000%, 1% or zero %. according to our ability ! The Lord is more interested in our motivation than in the amount we give. Do you remember the widow's mite ? Luke 21:1-4.
  
  What is your motivation for giving money or property to the church ? Is it so that you could be elevated in the church by your pastor ? Is it so that people would know that you are the highest giver in the church ? Is it to support the Lord's work or do you want favours from your pastor or prophet or whatever they call themselves ? Are you under a guilty conscience and do you think giving money to the church would ease the pain ? Did you rob or steal or commit adultery or fornication and expect the pastor to take your money and pray for you ? Remember, the Lord says, " I hate robbery for burnt offering." Isaiah 61:8. He does not delight in "stinking" or blood money ! Alas, many preachers are so greedy for money that they don't even care how you got the money, and would put curses on you instead of blessings.
  
  DID JESUS TEACH ABOUT TITHING ?
  
  Yes, in Matthew 23:23, He acknowledged that tithing was an obligation under the Old Covenant, but even so He taught the Pharisees to show mercy and kindness and faith. Besides, the Old Covenant was still in effect, and Jesus spoke to them as under the Law. The New Covenant was only ratified after His blood was shed on the cross. Jesus did not collect tithes from anyone, though He came to die for all mankind, therefore don't allow any greedy or ignorant pastor, prophet, apostle, bishop or archbishop to bamboozle you into paying tithes.
  
  WARNING TO FALSE PROPHETS AND PASTORS
  
  All over Ghana, churches are springing up everywhere like mushrooms and this is a good thing only if the motivation is right. But the truth is many are in the ministry not because the Lord has called them, but because they want to make easy money from gullible people who don't know the Bible. They love your money more than they love your soul. They are in it for the money; it's all about the money. God has not sent many of them yet they run, giving false prophesies and vain promises to helpless people. Jeremiah 23:21; Ezekiel 13:1-23. The Lord will deliver His people out of their hands, but the people need to be wise, and stop giving their money to greedy wolves in sheep's clothing. These false pastors and prophets need to start their own businesses to make their money, and stop fleecing the people in the name of the Lord for judgment is coming and has come !
  
  BLESSED OR CURSED ?
  
  Finally, if anyone feels they are being blessed for giving tithes, good for them, and they can continue to do so if they like. But if you feel you're under a curse, I can assure you that it is not because you don't pay tithes, but it could be something else. The Lord Jesus became a curse for us so that the blessings of Abraham shall be our portion. Galatians 3:13-14. If there is any sin in your life, confess it before the Lord and ask for forgiveness. Change your ways and do what is pleasing to the Lord and let His blessings follow you.

  What is your motivation for giving money or property to the church ? Is it so that you could be elevated in the church by your pastor ? Is it so that people would know that you are the highest giver in the church ? Is it to support the Lord's work or do you want favours from your pastor or prophet or whatever they call themselves ? Are you under a guilty conscience and do you think giving money to the church would ease the pain ? Did you rob or steal or commit adultery or fornication and expect the pastor to take your money and pray for you ? Remember, the Lord says, " I hate robbery for burnt offering." Isaiah 61:8. He does not delight in "stinking" or blood money ! Alas, many preachers are so greedy for money that they don't even care how you got the money, and would put curses on you instead of blessings.
  
  DID JESUS TEACH ABOUT TITHING ?
  
  Yes, in Matthew 23:23, He acknowledged that tithing was an obligation under the Old Covenant, but even so He taught the Pharisees to show mercy and kindness and faith. Besides, the Old Covenant was still in effect, and Jesus spoke to them as under the Law. The New Covenant was only ratified after His blood was shed on the cross. Jesus did not collect tithes from anyone, though He came to die for all mankind, therefore don't allow any greedy or ignorant pastor, prophet, apostle, bishop or archbishop to bamboozle you into paying tithes.
  
  WARNING TO FALSE PROPHETS AND PASTORS
  
  All over Ghana, churches are springing up everywhere like mushrooms and this is a good thing only if the motivation is right. But the truth is many are in the ministry not because the Lord has called them, but because they want to make easy money from gullible people who don't know the Bible. They love your money more than they love your soul. They are in it for the money; it's all about the money. God has not sent many of them yet they run, giving false prophesies and vain promises to helpless people. Jeremiah 23:21; Ezekiel 13:1-23. The Lord will deliver His people out of their hands, but the people need to be wise, and stop giving their money to greedy wolves in sheep's clothing. These false pastors and prophets need to start their own businesses to make their money, and stop fleecing the people in the name of the Lord for judgment is coming and has come !
  
  BLESSED OR CURSED ?
  
  Finally, if anyone feels they are being blessed for giving tithes, good for them, and they can continue to do so if they like. But if you feel you're under a curse, I can assure you that it is not because you don't pay tithes, but it could be something else. The Lord Jesus became a curse for us so that the blessings of Abraham shall be our portion. Galatians 3:13-14. If there is any sin in your life, confess it before the Lord and ask for forgiveness. Change your ways and do what is pleasing to the Lord and let His blessings follow you.

  This is the second and hopefully the concluding part of our discussion on tithing. And let me begin by saying that this article is intended for those who want to know the truth according to the Bible, and are willing to search the Scriptures to see whether these things are so. Acts 17:10-11. In the first part, many were enlightened and some burdens were lifted off many shoulders that have been groaning under the yoke of this bondage brought into the church by greedy or ignorant preachers. Others were mad because their false doctrines and greed and love for money have been exposed. Others were simply ignorant and behaved like the proverbial ostrich that would rather hide its head in the sand than confront error. And some were very indignant, insulting and cursing instead of proving their position by the Scriptures.
  
  As said in the previous post, I used to teach and preach tithing, and when I did, the people just got up and parted with their money. One time, at a church here in Atlanta, Georgia, a pastor friend complained bitterly about the low financial position of his church and invited me to come and speak on tithing, saying his congregation didn't like tithing, and that even weekly offerings were very low. I told him, " Well, it's going to be different on Sunday." Then he asked me, " How ? " I said, " You wait and see ! " As you can imagine, the offering was over and above by about 1000 % the next Sunday. Those who didn't have cash wrote cheques like crazy, and I was proud to coerce them to bring out their money, telling them how they've robbed God and denied themselves blessings, using the "curse" of Malachi 3:9, for good measure ! Finally, I exhorted and commanded them, " Bring all the tithes into the storehouse.....! " I could see the terror on some faces and a lady was literally shaking as she wrote her cheque !
  
  Lord, be merciful to us and forgive us for our many transgressions, twisting Your Word, misapplying Scriptures and abusing Your congregation with our greed and love for money ! Thank You for Your mercy and for Your blood which cleanses us from all sin ! I have repented and cannot in all good conscience preach or teach tithing again, because it is not for the New Testament church ! After carefully studying the Scriptures, I realized that Malachi was talking about corrupt priests in the Old Testament and not the New Testament believers, but these Scriptures in Malachi 3:8-12, have been used for generations to "scam" the Lord's people into parting with their money. Certainly, there are preachers who have been speaking against this abuse of Scriptures and "scamming" the Lord's people, but they have been looked upon with disdain and scorn and venom, but it is better for us to be scorned by mortal men than to fall into the hands of the living God. Hebrews 10:31. " Woe to the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture, saith the Lord." Jeremiah 23:1.
  
  AM I UNDER A CURSE IF I DON'T TITHE ?
  
  No, my beloved, you're not cursed if you don't tithe, and neither are you blessed if you do; God does not need your money in order to bless you ! Abraham was already blessed by God before he ever thought of giving tithes, and so don't let any sakawa prophet, pastor, apostle, bishop, archbishop, or whoever intimidate you by twisting Scriptures to steal your money. The believer should give cheerfully, out of love for the Lord and His work, and not be pressured or threatened or cursed into giving. Our giving could be 10%, 100%, 1000%, 1% or zero %. according to our ability ! The Lord is more interested in our motivation than in the amount we give. Do you remember the widow's mite ? Luke 21:1-4.

  Finally, if anyone feels they are being blessed for giving tithes, good for them, and they can continue to do so if they like. But if you feel you're under a curse, I can assure you that it is not because you don't pay tithes, but it could be something else. The Lord Jesus became a curse for us so that the blessings of Abraham shall be our portion. Galatians 3:13-14. If there is any sin in your life, confess it before the Lord and ask for forgiveness.   ROBBING THE PEOPLE OF GOD THRU TITHES

  This is the second and hopefully the concluding part of our discussion on tithing. And let me begin by saying that this article is intended for those who want to know the truth according to the Bible, and are willing to search the Scriptures to see whether these things are so. Acts 17:10-11. In the first part, many were enlightened and some burdens were lifted off many shoulders that have been groaning under the yoke of this bondage brought into the church by greedy or ignorant preachers. Others were mad because their false doctrines and greed and love for money have been exposed. Others were simply ignorant and behaved like the proverbial ostrich that would rather hide its head in the sand than confront error. And some were very indignant, insulting and cursing instead of proving their position by the Scriptures.
  
  As said in the previous post, I used to teach and preach tithing, and when I did, the people just got up and parted with their money. One time, at a church here in Atlanta, Georgia, a pastor friend complained bitterly about the low financial position of his church and invited me to come and speak on tithing, saying his congregation didn't like tithing, and that even weekly offerings were very low. I told him, " Well, it's going to be different on Sunday." Then he asked me, " How ? " I said, " You wait and see ! " As you can imagine, the offering was over and above by about 1000 % the next Sunday. Those who didn't have cash wrote cheques like crazy, and I was proud to coerce them to bring out their money, telling them how they've robbed God and denied themselves blessings, using the "curse" of Malachi 3:9, for good measure ! Finally, I exhorted and commanded them, " Bring all the tithes into the storehouse.....! " I could see the terror on some faces and a lady was literally shaking as she wrote her cheque !
  
  Lord, be merciful to us and forgive us for our many transgressions, twisting Your Word, misapplying Scriptures and abusing Your congregation with our greed and love for money ! Thank You for Your mercy and for Your blood which cleanses us from all sin ! I have repented and cannot in all good conscience preach or teach tithing again, because it is not for the New Testament church ! After carefully studying the Scriptures, I realized that Malachi was talking about corrupt priests in the Old Testament and not the New Testament believers, but these Scriptures in Malachi 3:8-12, have been used for generations to "scam" the Lord's people into parting with their money. Certainly, there are preachers who have been speaking against this abuse of Scriptures and "scamming" the Lord's people, but they have been looked upon with disdain and scorn and venom, but it is better for us to be scorned by mortal men than to fall into the hands of the living God. Hebrews 10:31. " Woe to the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture, saith the Lord." Jeremiah 23:1.
  
  AM I UNDER A CURSE IF I DON'T TITHE ?
  
  No, my beloved, you're not cursed if you don't tithe, and neither are you blessed if you do; God does not need your money in order to bless you ! Abraham was already blessed by God before he ever thought of giving tithes, and so don't let any sakawa prophet, pastor, apostle, bishop, archbishop, or whoever intimidate you by twisting Scriptures to steal your money. The believer should give cheerfully, out of love for the Lord and His work, and not be pressured or threatened or cursed into giving. Our giving could be 10%, 100%, 1000%, 1% or zero %. according to our ability ! The Lord is more interested in our motivation than in the amount we give. Do you remember the widow's mite ? Luke 21:1-4.
  
  What is your motivation for giving money or property to the church ? Is it so that you could be elevated in the church by your pastor ? Is it so that people would know that you are the highest giver in the church ? Is it to support the Lord's work or do you want favours from your pastor or prophet or whatever they call themselves ? Are you under a guilty conscience and do you think giving money to the church would ease the pain ? Did you rob or steal or commit adultery or fornication and expect the pastor to take your money and pray for you ? Remember, the Lord says, " I hate robbery for burnt offering." Isaiah 61:8. He does not delight in "stinking" or blood money ! Alas, many preachers are so greedy for money that they don't even care how you got the money, and would put curses on you instead of blessings.
  
  DID JESUS TEACH ABOUT TITHING ?
  
  Yes, in Matthew 23:23, He acknowledged that tithing was an obligation under the Old Covenant, but even so He taught the Pharisees to show mercy and kindness and faith. Besides, the Old Covenant was still in effect, and Jesus spoke to them as under the Law. The New Covenant was only ratified after His blood was shed on the cross. Jesus did not collect tithes from anyone, though He came to die for all mankind, therefore don't allow any greedy or ignorant pastor, prophet, apostle, bishop or archbishop to bamboozle you into paying tithes.
  
  WARNING TO FALSE PROPHETS AND PASTORS
  
  All over Ghana, churches are springing up everywhere like mushrooms and this is a good thing only if the motivation is right. But the truth is many are in the ministry not because the Lord has called them, but because they want to make easy money from gullible people who don't know the Bible. They love your money more than they love your soul. They are in it for the money; it's all about the money. God has not sent many of them yet they run, giving false prophesies and vain promises to helpless people. Jeremiah 23:21; Ezekiel 13:1-23. The Lord will deliver His people out of their hands, but the people need to be wise, and stop giving their money to greedy wolves in sheep's clothing. These false pastors and prophets need to start their own businesses to make their money, and stop fleecing the people in the name of the Lord for judgment is coming and has come !

Everybody is dipping hands into this poor pocket of Ghana for the mere fact that, we have cocoa, gold and now oil. If we have a government that encourages people like Joseph Boateng (Afram Plains South MP) into law making, then, we are in for big time trouble. A person who was able to swindle every financial institution in New Zealand that gave him an opportunity to borrow money from, is now an 'honourable' member of parliament because he has done good with the moneys he stole to some poor villagers in Ghana.

God gave every man on earth, wisdom when he breathed into us. We have to acquire knowledge and act without fear, if we are to succeed as a nation. All that curse crap don't cut it. In the Scandinavian countries, they are using SHIT(feces) to generate electricity and making money. We should stop blaming everything on the devil and get to work..SONOFBITCHES!

  President Mahama is both corrupt and incompetent, God Almighty is dealing with him for also rigging the election.
  Both Cocoa and Gold are commodities controlled by the world market, it is not a curse by anybody. I find that statement hard to believe coming from a man of God.
  Also it is a bad government that that can forecast a shortage of oil barrels by as much as 37,000.00
  Ghana economy will be broken if we do not replace this incompetent NDC government. We as a country are sinking fast with this buga buga and incompetent administration, and it will not be because of any curse.

We have hungry men who call themselves politicians and know nothing about how to generate money from the resources we have. We cannot invent anything and we cannot copy as well, so what are we cursed about? We have to take responsibility of our actions and stop blaming our inefficiency on curses and spiritual demons etc.

  the rest of the developed world is seeking alternatives to cocoa and other things, we are banking our hopes on crude oil meanwhile america and our other trading partners are developing wind power, building electric cars, investing in solar energy.all these reduce their dependency on crude oil for instance and to hear someone say that ghana has been cursed does to me insult our intelligence.i am a christian but i do believe pronouncements like this makes others think that people of faith are small minded. god gave us every aspect of our human nature to use to our utmost ability but some christians

What was the money spent on, who spent it, how was it spent, who were the beneficiaries of these monies, and when exactly were they spent?
  The NDC thieves first and foremost, exhibited their unintelligence by not planning and utilizing the windfall from the proceeds from the increased revenues. Secondly, they went and a stealing, looting and thieving spree with even Fifi Kwetey boldy stating that, the gov't had to do had it had to do politically. Their projections were were even not based on real facts but as it usually the case, dull analysis by NDC dimwits with no mental capacity and fortitude to understand how the finances and the economy is run, compare their economic and financial achievement for the over 18years that they were in gov't, and just the period of 8 years that the NPP was in gov't. Now when such reckless thieves, with no experience, who are corrupt to the very bone, and inept, and grossly incompetent assume the reins of gov't, not only would the economy be broke, but the country, takes a nose dive into the abyss.
  The NDC party led by the Mahama-Amissah Arthur administration is hugely unfit, incompetent, inept and largely incapable of dealing with the issues affecting the economy, because, the very issues confronting the economy, is a direct result of their actions eg, stealing, thieving and a clear basic inability to understand, the economics of the world and that of Ghana, and the needed changes to be made to put the economy on a sound footing. The NDC party is cursed and Ghana is suffering the consequences of it.

  Before we think of any curse, how many manufacturing jobs are in Ghana? How many of them operates 24/7? How is our country infrastructure that support such growth? Personally I don't think we work hard enough compare to the develop countries. There are a lot we need to do before we can associate our poverty to "curse".

Under Prof Mills we saw the degeneration and the trend is still continuing. Mr Mahama the current President has not spelt out a clear vision for Ghana. And his appointees are just not up to the challenge. Mediocrity is reigning high in government. Bad decision making, corruption and lack of direction from leadership is sending us the wrong way. I disagree with him on economic sabotage because the commodities are dictated by world market prices. He forgot to mention oil prices.   The NDC govt and its cronies continue to suck the blood of Ghana in broad daylight! People are suffering and there's no immediate relief in sight, except for Ghanaians to wait patiently for the final verdict on the election petition case by the Supreme Court Justices on August 29. The situation is horrible and men of God should try to speak the truth to their congregation or church members on the real situation.
  
  It's time for Ghanaians to intensify their prayers and hope for God's intervention in the horrible situation they find themselves in this very moment. Something out to be done about the sagging and ugly economic situation in Ghana, right now!

We can't sell raw cocoa and gold and expect to get rich. we have to make our own chocolate, jewels etc instead of sell these products at a low cost and then buy them 10 times the price after the value is added overseas. He says we can't continue with the kind of "Guggisberg" economy attain self-sufficiency; we need to add value to our natural products for exports in order to achieve wealth or progress as a nation.
  
  Making such shrewd utterances put's off the NDC. It's obvious that the NDC don't want Nana to achieve his dreams for Ghana. This the reason why they connived with Afari-Gyan and the EC to steal the ballot for John Mahama who seem clueless about solving the country's economic problems. It's pathetic they still want to hang on to power, even with all the damning evidence presented in court. Mama Mia! It's time to cut the none-fruit-bearing Mahama Tree. Chop the tree down now!

You pray from monday to monday, day and night, who should work to generate foreign exchange.Where I live, all pastors work, they don't depend on collection and tithes from poor citizens.
