The NDC would have to explain to Ghanaians how a dead man came to author and sign a letter!
The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”
The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?
The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I am alive and awake in the Lord. Ghana will not die; Ghana will live to declare the works of the Lord. As I rest in perfect peace in the celestial realms with my maker, I pledge to always uphold and defend the good name of Ghana. Remember the Lord in all your ways and He will protect you. Stay well my brothers and sisters, I will always be with you. Signed (with actual signature) John Evans Atta Mills...

You forgot to mention that Agambire paid Chris Brown, the American Gangster-Rap social terrorist $1,000,000 (not Cedis) for a 2 hour one night performance in Accra? I mean the show that proved that even the Ghana police were biased in favour of wealthy people who smoke marijuana in public.
He has in addition donated over 80,000 lap-tops free of charge to school children, the Private Newspaper Association, the GNA and God-knows who else. He is in the process of lobbying to dig a borehole for each constituency in this country at a cost that surely will extend beyond GHC3,000,000 and last but not the least, he is in the process of building a GHC10 billion Hope City that includes some of the tallest buildings in Africa.
We know Amoabeng and how he achieved his siccess, we know Sam Jonah and how he achieved his success, we also know a few other successful Ghanaians and how they got where they are.
Can somebody please please tell me how this less than 40 year-old Agambire nonentity, can do what Sam Jonah, Amoabeng and the others combined, including Bill Gates cannot do?
He must have a mint in his garage printing dollars and Euros to be able to outdo Bill Gates.
Agambire must be eligible to be in the Guinness Book of Records so, lets promote him there if he is kosher. The guy is surreal (I didnt say corrupt).

Efo Chris,
Thanks for your clarification. I was under the impression that you guys were beyond being shocked by the news coming out of that country.
So, if Gabby didn't mention AGAMS group at all, where did myjoyonline get all that long talk about it? And what did you try to correct which was not carried? Something doesn't rhyme.

Andy, indeed I was on the programme. It was Keta Salt Industrial Estate which was mentioned by Gabby and not AGAMS group. I confirmed membership of PV Obeng on the Board of Keta Salt Industrial Estate of which I stated been the Board Secretary.
The mix up was deliberate and mischievous . I was beside with shock when I read the news. JOY FM reportage had the intention of just messing up information in order to embarrass PV and drive home the point of conflict of interest.
I made the correction which they refused to carry out.
THE QUESTION IS AM I A BOARD SECRETARY OF AGAMS GROUP..? THE ANSWER IS NO. IT IS THEREFORE UNFAIR FOR ANYONE TO CONCLUDE THAT I CONFIRMED IT. WE WERE TALKING OF KETA SALT AND KETA SALT ONLY.
WHY SHOULD I CONFIRM WHAT IS UNTRUE.? CHRIS

The Lens must be ashamed of its reportage because as one of the mouthpieces of the NDC it should not in anyway whatsoever defend the despicable, criminal conduct of the AGAMS GROUP - a group that had fraudulently exploited its political connections to build and amass ill-gotten wealth.
The reason why the NDC, a party built on the blood and sweat of innocent and hard working Ghanaians, is entertaining this kind of stinking rot.
What has become of our great party that a bankrupt and corrupt party like NPP can have the moral nerve to attack us?
The Lens must revisit its roots and do the honorable thing if the editors truly love the ideas and ideals that form the basis of the NDC.
Has the Lens become so bankrupt that the mere provision of portable water by a corrupt company like the AGAMS GROUP will blind it into defending the indefensible.
As for P.V. Obeng and the rest of the cabal surrounding the President, their days are numbered. They should realize that all days are not the same.
What history has taught us is that political fortunes can turn in a twinkle of an eye.
The only think that can save the P.V. Obengs of Ghana is that they must hurry to change their dubious ways before it's too late. Sadly, they won't listen. They are not stupidly listening to their inflated egos and their unsatiable avarice but when the real sherif hits town, they will have nowhere to run to.
A word to the wise is in the north.
As for the Gabbys of the NPP, the least said about them the better. They have grown wings because of the nefarious activities of some leaders of the NDC.
This is not the NDC we have sweated for all these years and will continue to support because the NPP is bad for the country.
I am disappointed in the Lens, a newspaper, we gleefully and actively supported when it was born.
Sad development.

I did not vote for NPP but for a party which has introduced the most social policies in the past 30 years cannot be said to be bad for a country.
Open you eyes and continue trying to be objective, one day you will get there. You don't have to like NPP to appreciate their contribution to the economy of Ghana in their 8 year rule. I cannot see how you call a party that introduced policies which if managed properly and added to by the current administration would have made life a bit easier for many Ghanaians as bad.
NPP may have had their faults but compared to the current NDC, NPP is miles ahead in terms of good governance.
The two parties are bad but NDC just takes the piss! They are shamelessly corrupt and incompetent, why the intelligent ones in the NDC party sit back to allow the incompetent ones to take over the party and lead beats my mind.

At the centre of Agambire's woes is the fact that he is not ashanti or akan for that matter. If he were, the ashantis would've rallied fast and thick behind him and defended him to the hilt. The would certainly have alleged organised persecution by the state of ashanti an businessman merely because of where he comes from even if he belongs to same party seeking to investigate his companies. Thus for them the fate that befell the Appentengs, Kowus, Dr Safo's etc.is criminal but they won't mind if others suffer the same fate as long as such persons aren't Aashanti or akan. If this weren't the case, how else does one justify the eerie silence of the NPP and ashantis in particular at recent revelations that Mr Charles Gyimah, former MD of NIB under the Kufuor administration, will virtually skeam off as much as a whopping $90M from the bank through a criminal scheme and yet no one is talking about this naked rape of our country. This is more so that the amount involved is far in excess of what Woyome is alleged to have stolenm yet there is silence over the matter.
If only Roland wasn't Agambire but Opoku, Prempeh or Gyimah. But why should that be so?
