In all cases of cancer, early detection is very important and that is why it is recommended that women over 20 yrs of age are encouraged to do monthly breast self-exams.

Just put "breast self-exams" in any search engine and you will definitely find a video illustration of that. Every month, after your menstruation, you need to self-exams and go the doctor every year for clinical exams.

If you are a relative to a cancer patient, then it is better to go for a screening test; the benefits outweigh the risks involved. If cancer is detected, I pray and hope that our women will forget about the stigmatization of having no breasts and choose Mastectomy. To be around taking care of your kids is far important than leaving them here just because you will laugh at.

Yes, we thank those who are bringing the awareness to our people. But our people need to learn and take the charge.

The message should be early diagnosis NOT early treatment when diagnosed! If you are diagnosed late, early treatment will not be of much help.

"Would you let me bite your breasts for $1,000 dollars ?" he asks again.

"Listen you; I'm not that kind of woman! Got it?" So the guy runs around the next block and faces her again. "Would you let me bite your breasts

Spain is just 14 kilometres from Africa.There is a Spanish colony in north Africa known geographicaly as CEUTA where from there many illegals inmigrants from Africa tried all their possible best to swim to cross the stretch of GIBRALTAR which is Spain main land and is in the European continent.All that they have to do is take a ferry from Spanish port known as ALGECIRAS cross the stretch and 45 minutes they are in the other Spanish colony seaport CEUTA,which was formerly a Morrocan territory in the continent.In short from south Europe spain to the continent of north Africa is just about 12 nautical sea miles,40 minutes by ferry and 30 euros.
