I guess the SC must be over exaggerating its awesome powers for the probability exists that how they handle the contempt case might provide the illusive spark and trigger that could push the country into uncontrollable sectorial violence.

I would say or get about who said what about whom and focus on the substantive case that has held the country spellbound for 8 months now and counting. Seriously, how does hat somebody says outside court impede on their ability to deliver justice?

In Ghana today everybody can be criticized from he president down to the grav digger, and nothing should or could happen to the critic thanks to the removal of the criminal libel law from our books. I think it is about time the same is applied to th judges, the contempt of court law should be rendered invalid and removed from our books, so that judges do not use that to be prosecutors and judges in their own case. If that happens it makes and places them above the law while everybody else lives below the law.

But how about SOCIAL JUSTICE? We cannot have a political class that continues to loot Ghana's Treasury with impunity without punishment. A lot of you did not understand what the Imam of Ghana said. There will be no "Peace without Justice." His words resonated because he meant justice in a wider sense.

GYEEDA and other official corruptive acts is the main problem in our society we need to deal with in our dear Ghana to achieve social Justice. Afari Djan and EC incompetence can be easily fixed but corruption and illegal stealing will be difficult if your pretend you are blind like bats.

Like Evans above, I am deeply concerned and afraid for Ghana if something bad happens to theses two gentlemen and NPP loses the case. We all know that Atuguba has not done very well these past three months. What stopped him from asking Afari Gyan to provide to the court registry original copies of all the 26002 pink sheets even before he filed his own evidence? This was his first tactless omission.
Then when Tsatsu complained that he had not received a full set of the petitioners' evidence, but refused to tell the court exactly how many were missing, which law of Atuguba's tactless jungle stopped Atuguba from legally demanding that Tsatsu should tell the court exactly how many more he required to top up what he had received? Rather, Tactless and Timid Atuguba kotowed to Tsatsu's instruction to unnecessarily bring in KPMG. This was Tactless Atuguba's second blunder.
As to the way Atuguba allowed Tsatsu to continuously dictate how the court should be run, we have all been witnesses these past three months, curtesy of the live coverage.
If there is a log in your mum's underpants and you have to use your manhood to remove it, you have by no means raped your mum! If Atuguba acts tactlessly, it is not a crime to tell him so!

He has said repeatedly that he won the elections freely, fairly and cleanly so the supreme court has no other choice but to up hail his presidency thereby calling for the NPP activists to also counteract what the thief is telling the general public and especially his unreasoning foot soldiers who have no better aim than to cause mayhem and foolery in the country. Justice Atuguba should first call jon Mahama to answer those contemptuious comments before calling any other person for further explanation. That is why justice Atuguba is being branded as hypocritical and bias. There is no need to call Sir John or any other. The right person to be summoned is jon Dramani Mahama the thief.

If it were so, why do his coleagues out vote him in some rulings of the court leaving him with a dissenting opinion? Let the educated and enlightened ones come to this forum to contribute to meaningful discussions that will push our country forward. AT THAT POINT IT MUST BE ADDRESSED(SORTING AND RECOUNTING AGAIN). IF A PARTY AGENT IS NOT SATISFIED, HE DCLINED TO APPEND HIS/HER SIGNATURE AND WOULD REPORT TO THE CONSTITUENCY OFFICE. THESE TALLY CARDS WERE NOT KEPT BY AGENTS BUT WERE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTITUENCY OFFICES FOR FURTHER SCRUTINY(MATCHING AGAINST VALID VOTES AND REJECTED BALOTS).
EACH PARTY IN 2012 HAD THESE TALLY CARDS PER POLLING STATION AND PINK SHEETS OF THE EXACT POLLING STATION. IF ISSUES REGARDING OVER VOTING CROPS OUT, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE EISTEN TO KEY IN FIGURES OF (ACCOUNTING PART PINK SHEETS) JUST TO ESTABLISH OVER VOTING. PETIONERS DID DESKTOP ANALYSES OF PINK SHEETS AND WANT TO EXPLOIT TRANSPOSITIONAL ERRORS .
THE USED OF TALLY CARDS CAN EXPOSED OVER VOTING,VOTING WITHOUT BIOMETRICT RIGHT AT THE POLLING STATION AND THEREAFTER. YOU DO NOT NEED TO ASSEMBLE PINK SHEETS TO DO ANY MAGIC. PETIONERS WERE JUST TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ERRORS COMMITTED BY PRESIDING OFFICERS AS A CASE OF OVER VOTING,VOTING WITHOUT BIOMETRICT. IT WOULD BE PROPER/MAKE SENSE IF AGENTS CAN IDENTIFIED INDIVIDUAL,PICTURES,THE TIME,POLLING STATION VOTED WITHOUT BVR MACHINE/COMPAIN SHEETS. DO NOT FOOL LEARNED JUSTICES WITH WRONG ENTRIES ON PINK SHEETS AS FACTS TO REACH A VERDICT.

Who is immune to war, precisely death. Please shall we avoid these bad habits and promote unity and peace among ourselves to avert plunging the country into abyss. Lets not forget how countries around us mainly, Ivory Coast, Liberia, DR Congo and the latest, Mali have gone through. NOBODY IS EXEMPT FROM DEATH BE IT SOLDIER,POLICE,BNI OR ANY TRIGGER HAPPY SERVICE BECAUSE WE ARE MORTALS.
Those who are instigating the public to cry imprisonment for others while they are the genesis and the most guilty of the aforementioned offences.
Please NPP OR NDC will definitely deteriorate at the appropriate time, but GHANA will be there forever.
