Its very regretting for Ghana as a nation in this era of global wits and speed to struggle with an exercise such as this. Well over 2 years and we are still embarking on a simple, though an important activity without any clear on when we aim to complete and what we've set out to accomplish. Nearly three years and the first batch of registrants have not been issued with their ID's. What a pity!! Are we a serious nation at all? STUPID!!

You are doing good work. Please keep it up. As far as we can tell, Ghanaians, any human, would abuse the system if given the opportunity. When caught they would always get good and reasonable excuses. We hope that you use modern identification methods so as to prevent people from registering more than once with different names. We also suggest that registration units check if one comes to register, if he has already registered. Thirdly, there should be a law also to punish an officer who registers somebody if it is found that the person had registered earlier and the officer fails to check.
