    I have travelled all over Europe and did not find a single case where an electric meter was fixed outside. Everywhere it is fixed inside the building, normally in the basement and moreover enclosed in a tamper-proof casing. I ...

    Police should contact Asiedu Nketia,a couple of days ago,i saw him with 12 stolen meters at Kantamanto market trying to sell them.Asiedu Nketia is a thieve,rapist and a fool.
