I think when you look around Africa - the proliferation of these God peddlers and yet still we are where we are with our myriad of problems: underdevelopment, poverty, low life span, diseases, etc, then I think it is about high time we require a board entrance examination and accreditation before we allow these charlatans to go and trick people out of their money.
We have been praying incessantly since the dawn of men, and yet we are the least developed continent and I think part of the problem is allowing ourselves to be hoodwinked by these confidence tricksters, instead of putting our brains to work in the sciences and technology and getting rid of corruption and poverty. Ghanian politicians are uncouth. If they do not get their way, with no respect and moral ethics, they will curse and insult whoever is in their way.
Kofi Annan is a righteous, upright and dignified person. He served the UN with dignity against all odds. God, therefore, protected and blessed him against temptation, snare, etc planned against him by his adversaries.
When he disagrred with Bush's Iraq pre-empt war Republicans tried to implicate him in his son's contract in Iraq Oil for Food deal. But God vindicated him. This honorable man is come home to rest and God will not turn him over to the vultures.
There is a bit to be desired of a revelation that God wants Kofi Annan to take up EC bss position. "He insisted that “Even if Mr. Annan refuses the position as the EC boss, he should be forced to occupy the position". This sounds childish and unspiritual revelation, to me.

Ghanaians and Africans should understand that there is no more prophets in this life full of sins. Even in Europe from where your Christianity has been imported they don't have prophets. Pope does not call himself prophet so who are you black man to call yourself prophet when you even can't make material and sow it and sell it to people to buy?
Beside that the fact that the presidential election case went to Court does not mean that Mr Afari Gyan is not competent. he has always been there even when NPP won the previous elections. There is just nothing one can do to satisfy and please NPP gurus and militants who think that apart from them nobody in Ghana is skilled to rule the country. I don't think Mr Kofi Annan will undermine himself to accept a cheap fantasia of someone who is seeking an audience by saying that he got prophecy. Anybody who looks around can identify Mr Kofi Annan as somebody who could be a good EC chairman like many others. Go back to the statement Mr Kofi annan made on the ongoing election petition. It was impartial and that is where this so called prophet picked some ideas to sell to Ghanaians as a prophecy. Kwesi Pratt is finally right by accusing these people of suffering from high fever!

This friend of Kwesi Pratt's diagnosis does not even know it is the President that appoints an EC boss and deputies. Who said Afari Gyan is leaving or is being relieved of his duty as an internationally respected statistician and electoral commissioner?
This whole SC petition by the NPP had only one purpose / aim; to remove Afari Gyan and not to have the 2012 election results overturned. The petitioners know this. They see Afari Gyan as an obstacle to their electoral thievery. The advent of the biometric verification elevates their fears an immeasurable height; the reason they want Afari Gyan out. They know he knows every trick of theirs and would not allow their moles in the Electoral Commission to have their way. Thank God the petition has bolstered Afari Gyan's credibility and given many reasons he should continue as Ghana's fine EC boss unless he himself feels it is time to retire.
Kofi Annan would not even near the perimeters of the EC when even called on.
