Even the so-called nPP lawyers made worse clerical and typographical errors in their own petition. These howlers never resulted in the dismissal of the petition. Thus, clerical errors on pink sheets including those forged by npp cannot serve as basis for rejection of votes cast by eligible voters. Dreamlanders! Shame!

He said: "we have no right to call ourselves civilized people.”. In his view, Ken Kuranchie, Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Searchlight, explained his 10-day prison experience after being declared contemptuous of court following a publication in his newspaper, said: "Ghanaians have no right to call themselves “civilized people.”

Also he wanted to continue being on the stolen presidential seat so he bribbed Afari gyan to steal the elections and almost succeeded in doing so. Unfortunately, Afari gyan himself has confessed that the elections was flawed and mingled with statotatry violations and irregularities coupled with mulpratcices and well executed thievery. In every election, there are rejected votes which are always considered invalid, hence they are not countered in any candidate's favour.

For a example, if a voter mistakenly votes for 2 candidates on a ballot paper, that vote is rejected.

Only valid votes matters in an election, so the job of the supreme court is clearly cut for them and the stealers must get ready to face justice.

Their so called constitutional violation of absence of presiding officers signatures is to me a clown argument.

By the way, why doesn't that invalidate votes cast in favor of WAD Nana Akufo Addo at the said polling stations as well? We already have a winner. We cannot tighten our belts any further financially, to impose a disgruntled politician on ourselves, as a result of our collective illiteracy or misdemeanor as implied.

The EC'S declaration must be upheld as valid without any extraneous compulsion from anyone, by our presences we witnessed a free and fair election. We have also chartered this course before which indubitably shows what a sorry loser this New unpatriotic party is, under the stewardship of its erratic variety. Does not having polling officer signatures indicate that no one showed up to vote we may ask?

We the good people of Ghana do not vote by by mail we are not there yet, we instead dedicate our time, queue up and cast our votes admirably in the glaring oversight of our God and the rest of the world. With or without anyone's twisted analysis, in our Ghanaian heart of hearts we always answer to a higher authority. But no where in the Constitution of Ghana does it say that the absence of the Presiding Officer's signature on a record sheet will invalidate ALL THE VOTES CAST AT A POLLING STATION!

It has been my intention to stay away from the discussions on the petition to facilitate the calm down of tensions in the country. But I read most of times comments from the NPP and its surrogate units, pushing arguments to their advantage to influence the udgement by the justices of the Supreme Court. On the other hand, comments from the camp of the NDC and its allied organizations are not forth coming. What does it portray?
I have come to the realization that members of the NDC are not politicians like myself if I should decide to really do politics. Argument and debate are my favourite from school and I have never debated from it. Probably, this was the reason I was urged by senior housemater who doubled as my History Master and my Literature tutors to read Law in future which I did not heed to because Lawyers were seen as sinners at those times.
NDC is suffering from debaters because of the style and attitude of the leadership of the party. Teamwork is very important and this will be the rod that will break the back of this party. The greed and selfishness must end otherwise the party will suffer and it is already suffering. Views of the public matter a lot because most of our people dont read and rely largely on third party reports.
I will not be surprised to witness what I dont want to.

Should individual Ghanaians be punished for the errors of state agencies ? Can the registrar general department argue, for instance that it erroneously paid the salary of A to B and for that matter would not pay A's salary, which he is entitled to?
