the commitee did a shoddy work that is why government has set up a new committee to review the work they did.but then,government should have publish the raw report so that ghanaians will know all that happened in there.this government should understand that it is his appointees who mismanaged the programme and not the formulaters of the policy. if indeed you did not have the expertise to manage it,then government should have consulted those who where in there before for technical advice.what all of us should know is that ndc faithfuls were on government payroll and at the same time drawing money from the gyeeda.it will interest every body to note this. much of the rot is at the districts and not at the headquarters.you need to do a wholistic investigation.

If Boniface and his team have put in place:
1. Implementation Guidelines
2. An Implementation Taskforce
3. National Monitoring and Evaluation Team as well as
4. An Internal Control System
Then all what needed to be dnoe was the new leadership to have evaluated the effectiveness and applicability of the above framework for effective implementation.
Yet the current "leadership" team under the supervision of the Fraudster-in-Chief, John Mahama just created a situation of jobs for the boys and cronies and they just looted Ghana coffers.
If Mahama is not involved, we are all waiting to see how he deals with this daylight robbers of Ghana.
