That out of the way, the reason to indict and throw these rascals out and throw the book at them are as follows:
1. Woyomization of the economy can't continue, period!
2. Managing the economy by over two thousand party serial callers, and each having about fourteen cell phones says a lot.
2a. The splurged during the last quarter of 2012 was irresponsible for a country of our status i.e. 4x4 for all the chiefs, and sedans for others et ecetera, were very repulsive without any accountability.
Why almost 9 billion budget deficit right after the polls?
3. Governance by comedy of errors, no water here, load shedding there and so on are detriment to the economy.
4.Taxing condoms, Wellington boots, cutlass, outboard motors, and fishing nets to fund budget deficit takes the cake of clueless governance!
5. Failure to implement Constitutional Review Committee recommendations or the governments white paper is enough reason to get them out, especially, the right To information bill.
6. Africa Center for Energy Policy indictment that revenues amounting to over half billion dollars can't be account for the government says a lot.
7. Throwing these rascals out is not enough but they must be made to account for the rot before the book is thrown at them.
8. A deficit of 30 billion in just 4 years and nothing to show for it, Jeez! Yet, they claimed the free SHS is unfeasible. However, ex-gratia payment is okay, over 130% pay increment and making it retroactive is also okay; why not?
I can go on but why waste time?

Dr. Afari Djan, the self-acclaimed god of elections, currently finds himself between a rock and a hard place.
The noose around his neck is getting tighter and tighter with ever lie that spews out of the mouth of the Tilapia fish-farmer.
The chief returning officer of elections in Ghana is today claiming never to have heard what 'pdf'(portable document format)means.
Lucky for Afari Djan, the NPP will teach him what pdf is all about today for free.
We shall make every NDC foolsoldier see the gargantuan stealing prowess of Afari Djan.

Democracy was the Athenians philosophy, came out of the thought of Socrates, a great Greek thinker and philosopher. It was then expounded and developed into a political theory by Plato, in his book entitled "the Republic". Democracy is not purity in any way, but it is better than dictatorship and in the absence of any viable decent alternative political theory, democracy is simply the best.
Below are some quoted web definitions of democracy in my attempt to redress a dangerous misapplication of the theory by Ghanaians? "Democracy is a political system which has many different meanings and can take different forms. It is often incorrectly used as a synonym for capitalism. Fundamentally, it means a government of, by and for the people. The concept of democracy is based on the simple principle that when making an important public decision, the majority vote should prevail because the will of the majority outweighs the wants of the minority. The methods of implementing a governmental institution based on this simple principle can be complicated, but are made proper if a pluralistic party system is used. Having a viable alternative in choosing between two or more forms of political parties improves the chances of greater governmental management - because if one party should fail, the other party, or parties, would have at least some experience in directing".
The concomitant freedoms, obligated rights and duties in the dispensation of democratic institutions of government, lie with "the rule of law" and human rights laws, subject to change and or modification by the Legislature, upon the request of the Executive or the President for the smooth running of a democratic government. The "rule of law" and human rights should therefore not be confounded with democracy per se as a system of government. They are two separate entities which though often go hand in hand for the safety and betterment of the citizenry. It is then a pity that in the aspiration of certain individuals who in the figment of their warped imagination of born to rule but not ruled, but unfortunately being ruled, should whip up the sentiments of the ignorant innocent majority, to tilt the scale in their favour through lies and evil machinations. We need to be as wise and clever as the Serpent to nip them in the bud. The implementation of the rule of law is to facilitate and bring out the best in the democratic theory of governance, but not in itself an inherently obligated principle to apply even when detrimental to the smooth running of government.
I have come to the conclusion that for evil to triumph is for the good people in society to do nothing. Those that have seen the light should come out forcefully to quench the flame of lies before it propagates to engulf the very system of government we all admire with all our hearts and mind. The good ones in the society should match the peddlers of lies with the truth an inch by inch, a foot by foot, and a pound by pound, until they get choked on their own vomit of lies. Ghanaians should take notice that every pesewa spent is from the "tax payer" including that paid by the "Kayayo". Tax deductions from civil servants and other institutions private institutions, taxes paid at the ports etc. etc should not go into individuals pockets unchecked. The Committee reports was based on facts, and how do you review facts? Ghanaians should put aside party colours and think about Ghana and its future.

The Chief Justice, Mrs Justice Georgina T. Wood, broke her silence on recent comments against her leadership and rejected what she termed mischievous criticisms seeking to undermine the hard won reputation of the judiciary.
"The law does not frown upon fair criticism. What the law deprecates is mischief, imputing improper and dishonourable motives", Mrs Justice Wood stated. Giving the keynote address at the annual general meeting of the Association of Magistrates and Judges of Ghana (AMJG) and in apparent reaction to statements made by the Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), which stated, among others, that steps would be taken to cleanse the judiciary if the Chief Justice did not do the cleansing herself, the Chief Justice said, "we reject all such mischievous criticisms that seek to undermine our integrity and hard won reputation".
Consequently, in what seemed to be a message of assurance to the magistrates and judges, Mrs Justice Wood said, "it is my duty as the captain of the judicial ship to touch on the subject. I also assume that you expect me to say something on the subject only if to calm any anxiety which may be troubling your minds because of recent outpourings on our sacred duty as judges". She accordingly urged the magistrates and judges to "go forth and do right to all, without fear or favour and equally important, having regard to the events of the recent past, do so without ill-will or disaffection."
She further explained that judges did not initiate actions and prosecutions, adding that "we simply administer the law as passed by Parliament to the cases and arguments thereon by counsel representing parties."
According to her, judges could not organise press conferences to explain every decision they took, adding that "so when we are misrepresented, it hurts and does so unfairly indeed". The Chief Justice, who received a thunderous applause from the parked auditorium, pleaded with the judges and magistrates to resolve to build a country where constitutionalism, the rule of law, freedom, justice and prosperity would prevail at all times.
Mrs Justice Wood promised Ghanaians that the judiciary would remain faithful to its judicial oath to do justice to all without fear or favour. She thanked the entire membership of the AMJG and public-spirited Ghanaians for their unflinching support during the past few weeks when the judiciary came under what she termed as "severe criticism and attack".
Touching on the issue of perceived corruption in the judiciary, the Chief Justice urged litigants and the general public to assist her outfit to weed out bad lots tarnishing the image of the majority of upright and hardworking judges. She further stated that she had chosen the theme: "Access to Justice: The Citizens' Participation in the Administration of Justice", and reminded Ghanaians that the theme implied they had a sacred responsibility to help build a strong and trustworthy judiciary.
The Chief Justice announced that the Justice For All Programme was currently ongoing to rid the prisons of remand prisoners and, therefore, urged judges to assist in decongesting the prisons by critically reviewing evidence before them before remanding persons over bailable offences.
The President of AMJG, Mr Justice J. B. Akamba, commended the President for dissociating himself and his government from the unfortunate remarks of the National Chairman of the NDC.
He said to reinforce the independence, accountability, integrity, impartiality and effectiveness of the judiciary, "the judiciary has stood alone, must stand alone and should continue to stand alone without any interference or paying any allegiance to any political party in the country".
Mr Justice Akamba stated that judicial integrity was the only means by which public trust could be earned.

If Ken Kuranchie is a card carrying member of Ghana's intellectual elite group or journalist club then Ghana is in big trouble. Ken and I do share the desire to see this fiasco at NYEP/GYEEDA resolved but we diverge on ways to seek resolution. Ken Kuranchie, in his own minimal wisdom, thinks the president should "instruct a recognized body which is mandated by law to audit the activities of GYEEDA and not some special committees which will make the country spend more money"; it’s an idea only people with the desire to perpetuate foolishness at the highest level of government do espouse. Is there anyone in Ghana that is not politically tainted? Is there any entity/group that is free of political or tribal bias in Ghana? If Ken Kuranchie really wants to be remembered as a serious journalist and or publisher he should look into Ghana's oil deals crafted by the EO group under Kufour’s administration; in two years the EO group has helped Ghana to lose over US$67million in oil revenue. Is this amount not more than what Woyome and the other entities obtained under judgment debts? It is truly sad to see Ghanaians fed daily with nothing but foolishness wrapped up as journalism or reporting the news.
At the very least Ken Kuranchie could review all the ills that took place under the J.J. Rawlings regime to find out the driving force behind the murdering of judges or what led to the ineptitude of the late president John Atta Mills. At least Ken Kuranchie could display his own level of intellect and give us an understanding of his principles when he exposes what he finds on these meaningless “honorable” men.
