    Emoluments for the president, ministers and deputies, etc and the appointment aids have swelled up the wage bills as our pays is for chop chop only and nothing else. Corruption the least said about it the better.

    any anything to go by, then Government implimentation of these pay increase should be reflected in all payslips of all civil servants in the Country.

    Our team would start research into that reflection next month.

    It is on record that Paa Kwesi Nduom who was very instrumental in the preparation and subsequent actualization of this policy had very profound words when the gov't started experiencing difficulties with the SSPP.
