The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

Indeed as said by they themselves, it was explaind by Dr. Afari Djan that even though that is an irregularity, iy will not affect the results. Again what is this fuss about what Asiedu Nketiah had said? Were these not the very people who said what Asiedu Nketiah came to say were non issues because he was bot the electoral commisssioner. As for these NPP guys and their hired press houses the least said the better. Bur Ghanaians, please always mark the words of the NPP. For them anything short of their victory will amount to travesty of justice. And yet they say they believe in the rule of law.

The logic of falsification and impersonation to make things look real is the driving force behind this requirement. The prudent mind may wonder why most of those endorsements where such infractions surface are endorsed by mere names written and not signed, all in same color of ink and calligraphy.
It is the law that presiding officers must sign at the polling stations - and that is for reasons far beyond reaches of the eye.

You want to gain power through backdoor? if you base your arguments on unsigned pink sheets then you are telling Ghanaians that there will never be an elections in Ghana because it takes only a few presiding officers to ignore signing pink sheets and we are back to court again. It is important for a presiding officer to sign sheets but failure to do so does not amount to cancelation of over almost 4 million votes that NPP are asking to be cancelled. NPP is a bad loser. This case is over for NPP and I think it will take decades before that club NPP can come on it's feet again, not even coming to power.

Here we are; everyone has heard what went on in court and we are waiting for submission statements and a verdict from the supreme court judges. My question is this: what is the point in publishing or printing this old court proceeding?? are we deaf and still blind that you have to repeat this old news report?? To be selective in reporting only this aspect of the proceedings smacks of lack of objectivity. The reading public are not the supreme court judges so stop publishing old news and report of court proceedings which we have already had. Only do it if you are convinced that all Ghanaians are stupid and unintelligent to read between the lines; they cannot be fooled.

Obviously, he did not play neutral like the referee he was supposed be. He should have looked into the said irregularities even if it was insignificant like he is making us understand. A "stitch in time saves nine" goes the saying. If he had not taken sides, and had done the right thing, ordinary Ghanaians would have been spared the certain economic losses. DAILY GUIDE SHOULD TELL GHANAIANS IF THE NPP REPS AT THE VARIOUS POLLING STATIONS DID FILE COMPLAINTS OF ANY SORT AFTER RESULTS WERE DECLARED. THAT IS WHERE COMPLAINTS HAD TO BE LODGED BUT THE NPP REPS FAILED TO DO SO BEFORE GOING TO COURT WITH THEIR MISLEADING PETITION. THE JUSTICES WILL NOT THE MISTAKE OF DECLARING THIS LILIPUTIAN AS PRESIDENT OF THE COUNTRY AFTER WINNING ONLY TWO REGIONS OUT OF TEN REGIONS. THIS IS A TOTAL MADNESS ON HIS BEHALF. HE WILL SURELY DIE BEFORE DECEMBER FOR TAKING THE WHOLE COUNTRY THROUGH HELL!

What reasons did presiding officers in the areas concerned have for not signing pink sheets? These are people the EC engaged for the job and they must know where they reside so what has stopped the EC from dragging them to wherever for questioning. This is a grand design by someone somewhere, that anywhere in the stronghold of the NDC, presiding officers should not sign the pink sheets because they were going to lose and they would head for court.
