The truth of the elections lies in a TOTAL RECOUNT of ALL VOTES cast on the 7 & 8 December 2012. Malpractices, violations, etc, can all be technicalities to rub voters of their rights. Any party in the court case can win by technicalities and legalities. One political party, knowing very well that it would lose the elections could have trained polling agents and presiding EC officers to commit atrocities so that they could drag the EC and the results to court. Hoping also for re-elections, a party can get into the frenzy of discrediting the government in power by recruiting gangs to cause mayhem and make the country ungovernable. The present burning of our markets could all be very dangerous ploys to discredit the government and to make it unpopular in case re-election is called. To end it all, after the proof of malpractices and violations in the past elections, the way forward would have been to call for a TOTAL RECOUNT of the very votes the NPP is disputing.

Justice must be done before equity not the other way round because if a robber is napped you don't appear before the justices to argue that he was in need of money which is his fundamental human rights therefore he has every to take A47 to the bank to rob.
