  HMMMMM; GHANAIANS ARE NOT CIVILISE AT ALL; THE MINISTER IS NOT THE ONE WHO DECIDES ON LANDS BUT THE COURT; SO IF THESE PEOPLE HAS ANYTHING TO DO THEN IT SHOULD BE THE COURT THAT MADE THE RULING BUT THE MINISTER:

  this minister must be dreaming or have a yellow fever and must be taken care off.where was the govenment when the incroachment started and how come theland survey was able to survey the lands for individual since it also come from the govenment institute.All the settlers there have all legal pepers covering thier lands and how was those lands aproved by govenment if it knows the land belongs to the state.

  WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS THIS; LANDS COMMISSION VEERIFIES THE AUTHETICITY OF THE LAND BEFORE LAND OWNERS BUILD ON IT, AND YET THE LAND BELONGS TO ANOTHER ENTITY. IT'S APPARENT THAT LAND COMMISSION DOES NOT DO THE JOB RIGHT, AND THUS, IT SHOULD BE DISBANDED. CONCERNING LAND GUARDS OR WHATEVER THOSE GOOD-FOR-NOTHING IMBECILES CALL THEMSELVES, WHAT HAPPENED TO POLICE, ARE THEY NOT IN GHANA ANYMORE? GHANA HAS TURNED OUT TO BE SOME LAWLESS COUNTRY AND IT'S REALLY HARD TO FATHOM. MY BROTHER PURCHASED A PIECE OF LAND FROM A PRIVATE PARTY SOMEWHERE IN ACCRA ABOUT A YEAR AGO. HE WENT TO LAND COMMISSION, HE PAID 500GHC TO CHECK THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE LAND AND IT'S OWNERSHIP, AND NO FOUL PLAY WAS DETECTED. A YEAR LATER, HE GOES BACK TO HIS LAND TO SEE HIS BRICK WALL DEMOLISHED. APPARENTLY, A CHINESE REAL ESTATE COMPANY OWNS THE ENTIRE AREA WHERE MY BROTHER PURCHASED HIS LAND. WE'VE ALLOWED GREED AND DESPERATION TO CURRUPTS OUR HEARTS AS A PEOPLE, AND THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE- I CAN ALL BET ON THAT. CONCERNING THE ARTICLE IN QUESTION; "ALHAJI INUSAH FUSEINI'S MINISTRY SAYS.....HE'S ACTING UPON THE RULING OF THE ACCRA HIGH COURT IN HIS MINISTRY'S FAVOR". HOW AMAZING IS THAT HUH? SO FOR SOME WEIRD REASON, EVERY RESIDENT IN THE AREA IN QUESTION STOLE THE RESPECTIVE LANDS OR PERHAPS THEY GOT UP ONE MORNING AND DECIDED TO PUT UP STRUCTURES THERE. WE ARE STILL IN THE DARK, AND IT'S ABOUT TIME WE LEARNED FROM CIVILIZED COUNTRIES. WAKE UP GHANA
