Vanderpuije's actions show a classic disregard for the concerns of all other stakeholders in the stadium, but at the same time, what he was trying to accomplish was not necessarily bad/evil. The unintended consequence was what is really bad about this saga.

Bigger issue is how people in power in Ghana disregard the general populace and go about doing the first thing that comes to mind...not all of those turn out well as we have seen. We need to change this way of governance. That said, this really isn't cause for firing the man. People have done much worse...his overall goal was not malicious so why crucify him

One of the few Ghanaians stil living who design our nation flag we name a place after her name. The woman is not ever dead yet, yet John Mahama and the Mayor of ACC think they can clear her name and put Mills there.

It was named after Sir Giffard for using that road to move his headquarters from Achimota police station to present day Burma Camp. What happened to the portion from Dimples to 37? Former Prez Kufour changed the name to Obasanjo highway and nobody complained, so why are some people complaining now?
