Juxtapose the President's statements with that of Anita de Souza and Former President Rawlings, and you cannot but come to the conclusion that the former President did not die a natural death:

Those who milked our dear motherland during Mills' administration should pay for this useless expenditure.That's what is done in countries where basic necessities like good drinking water and power supplies are easily available to the hard working citizenry.This idiotic Nyantakyi wants government to foot the bill so he can divert most of the loot to his benefit and later sit before some quagmire investigative body to tell us there are no receipts to account for the way our money was used in the ridiculous celebrations.
Our nation should also not spend A PESEWA to build a so called Memorial Library for the late President.Those who passed out "brown envelopes"stuffed with bribes under his administration should come together and build such a monument for all that is worth.
Our government should find ways of providing good drinking water and electricity to all our people instead of wasting our scant resources on building white elephant projects that serve as conduits of easy monies to party apparatchiks,friends and relatives to the powers to be in Ghana.ENOUGH ALREADY WITH THIS CRAP!!!
