UNTIL PROVED OTHERWISE, I SAY, GHANAIANS VOTED FOOLISHLY----------"IT IS ONLY A FOOL, WHO ALLOWS HIS TESTICLES TO BE STEPPED ON, TWICE"-------GO OUT THERE AND RECEIVE YOUR REWARD, ALL GHANAIANS. GO AND PAY THE PRICE FOR YOUR FOOLISHNESS. YOU DON'T GIVE A SECOND MANDATE TO AN INCOMPETENT AND CORRUPT GOVERNMENT, NO!! NOT AT ALL, THAT IS ABOMINATION IN DEMOCRACY, VERY SUICIDAL. HAD NDC MANAGED THE ECONOMY WELL, THESE ECONOMIC PROBLEMS WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE SITUATION. NDC HAS PRESIDED OVER THE BIGGEST RESOURCES GHANA HAS EVER HAD. THEY HAVE ALSO CONTRACTED MORE LOANS THAN ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT IN OUR HISTORY, BUT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THIS. GHANAIANS SHOULD HAVE ENJOYED SOME ECONOMIC PROGRESS AT THIS TIME IN OUR HISTORY. THE ECONOMY IS COLLAPSING BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS SO CORRUPT. TO RESCUE THE SITUATION, THE POOR IS NOW BEING FORCED TO PAY. THIS IS INJUSTICE. THIS IS NOT THE GHANA KUFFOUR HANDED OVER TO NDC, HE EVEN ADDED FRESH CRUDE OIL WELLS. NPP TRANFORMED GHANA TO A MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMY WITH LIMITED RESOURCES BUT GOOD POLICIES. NDC IS WOEFULLY REVERSING THESE NPP ACHIEVEMENTS. GHANA'S CURRENT SITUATION IS VERY DISTURBING. WHEN THE HISTORY IS TOLD, IT WILL BE SAID THAT GHANAIANS WERE OFFERED FREE SECONDARY EDUCATION, IMPROVED UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, SOCIAL HOUSING FOR THE POOR AND AN EGALITARIAN SOCIETY BUT 50% SAID NO THANK YOU. THEY PREFERRED ECONOMIC "WOYOMISATION" & "AKONFEMISATION" , PHANTOM DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, PHILANDERERS FOR LEADERS, MACHIAVELLIAN DISRESPECTFUL CORRUPT LOUTS AND A VISIONLESS EVIL GOVERNMENT. I AM SO PROUD I VOTED FOR NANA AKUFFO ADDO.

If only the stealers in the executive arm of govt now, will have just a 'gram' of the the moral qualities of Her Lordship Justíce Georgina Wood, Ghana would have become a paradise and our unemployed youth will not have gone to Equitoral Guinea to carry faeces to earn money.
May she live to be a hundred and may Allah Onyame Maawu God Nyumgbo Nyankupon bless her daily !

''According to her, such judges will not only be removed from office but will also be prosecuted and imprisoned when necessary.
The CJ who was speaking at the Judges Regional Capacity Building Seminar on Corruption, Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in Accra, Monday, also called on the public to refuse to pay bribes to court officials and judges and be prepared to expose them''. This is a very good move but raise eyebrows how the implementation will be effected and those who report the judges protected. Until we sort out these three key things which one is being addressed it will be extremely difficult reduce corruption. Namely, ICT System, Judiciary System, and our Security System.

Madam Cj, well said. I really know very well that, it is GOD himself Judging the country against Corrupt Judges in the country, particularly, Circuit courts,Magistrate/District courts, as well as High Courts. They are abusing the judicial powers given to them. Honestly and humbly, I will urge you to scrutinize Charles Aboagye-Tandoh now promoted to circuit court, here in Accra. He must prosecute with contemptuous, bribery, etc charges. Why are they doing that? Any found judge or Justices must sent to prison to experience the difficulties that they are going through. Innocent people are now sending to prisons as a result of bribes.Madam do it now and GOD himself will guide you.

The Chief Justice should call for the write -up that backed the Prisons Service's request to the Attorney-General to commence the appeal against the judgement of Justice Margaret Welbourne in the notorious case of NDK Financial Services vrs Attorney-General.The request was fowarded by the Minister of Interior in October 2012 and was for the attention of Ebo Barton Odro.
Margaret Welbourne is the classic example of how a judge perverted justice and aided miscreants to defraud the state to the tune of 2.8 million cedis when the Ghana Prisons Service only guaranteed the payment of 1.2 billion cedis within 30 days if the supplier Apex Consulting Ltd suppplied 5310 pair of Regulation 12" Combat Boots within 60 days. The 90 day period ended on 31st March 2006.
Apex Ltd did not even sign the contract but in a suit against the state for breach of contract, Apex relied on a Bill of Lading from Santa Baron Co which covered 360 cartons of "gents synthetic leather half boots".Incidentally, the Bill of Lading had September 2006 as the date of shipment.
According to incontrovertible evidence before Justice Welbourne from The Director of BNI, the ship landed at Tema from India, in November, 2006 and CEPS examinations revealed the cartons contained 1400 pairs of Gents Synthetic Leather Shoes and 1760 pairs of 9" gents boots. These were cleared from the Tema Port on February, 9 , 2007.
Even if the footwear was what was to be supplied the Prisons Service, it as impossible for the supplier to have attempted to deliver the goods to the Prison Service on July 31 2006 when they were cleared from the harbour on February, 9, 2007!
Yet Justice Welbourne ruled that the Prisons Service refused to collect the goods on 31st July 2006!The state of Ghana as not only liable for the payment of the 1.2 billion old cedis amount of guarantee but also 4.8 billion old cedis in additional loans that NDK claimed Apex took from their company without the knowledge or consent of the Prison Service. The judge added the loans up to 6 billion, added 5% interest from the mythical 31st July 2006 and held the state liable for the payment of 28 billion cedis to NDK.
This outburst from the officer corps of the Prisons Service is coming out now because of deliberate efforts to keep Ghanaians ignorant of this colossal fraud .
