There we go again. NDC mismanagement of everything in Ghana has seen corruption increased at a higher rate.
Even those caught at the Ports under Mills were left unpunished, same as the Mass Metro corruption, now the GWCL (excluding the massive fraud at the Ministries and other government organisations where the amounts involved are bigger). These are the tip of the iceberg.
If there are control and accountability systems put in place the avoid these fraud and corrupt practices, government could easily save billions and would not need the exorbitant loans it is contracting here and there.
The level of corruptions we are seeing in Ghana is following in the shadow of the "president" who is himself embroiled in the act (he has so far failed to declare is assets, why?)
