    "Crompton Greaves Ltd was paid an amount of $4,170,330 million"... so why is there no material reciept evidencing that payment as claimed in the petition? The information in there is insufficient.

    Why can't this weak government, with so many corrupt presidential staffers have a look at these big contracts before payments are made. I guess they are all part of the problem. What a shame!No wonder the country is broke.
