When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

Nana Ato Dadzie l don't seem to understand your point that; "even if something went wrong during the December 2012 elections, it does not mean that the final verdict should be changed."
This is already an admisson by the NDC legal team that something went wrong. And what is it that went wrong?
1. Over voting - The petitioners gave material evidence which Afari Djan admitted. What does the electoral law say when there is over voting, the justices just need to apply the law.
2. Voting without verification - The same must apply
3. Duplication/Triplication of pink sheets and others - Same must apply.
Then the question as put by the Supreme Court did the malpractices/errors/problems (depending on where you stand) affect the outcome of the elections? If no case close, if yes what should be done to let justice prevail, re-election or a conclusive outright winner. We shall see what happens.

EVEN CHILDREN IN THE CRÈCHE KNOW THAT SINCE OUR SOCIETY IS NOT PERFECT SOMETHING CAN GO WRONG IN ELECTIONS. IT HAS HAPPENED IN RUSSIA, THE US AND OTHER PLACES. SO THE JUDGES IN THEIR WISDOM STATED BEFORE THE CASE STARTED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BASE THEIR JUDGEMENT ON WHETHER THERE WERE IRREGULARITIES AND WHETHER THOSE IRREGULARITIES WERE OF SUCH MAGNITUDE TO AFFECT THE OUTCOME OF THE RESULTS. SO COUNT THE PINK SHEETS. DISCARD THE DUPLICATES, TRIPLICATES, QUADRUPLICATES AND OTHER PLICATES, SUBTRACT ALL THESE FROM THE GENUINE FIGURES AND SEE WHETHER AKUFFO ADDO'S VOTES OUTNUMBER THOSE OF MAHAMA. THIS IS THE CASE BEFORE THE COURT. EVEN THE PETITIONERS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THERE WERE ERRORS IN SOME OF THE FIGURES THEY ALLEGED, THEY ABANDONED SOME AND WITHDREW OTHERS. SO THE CASE WAS OVER LONG AGO. AND ADDISON TRIED TO MAKE THE BEST OUT OF A DIFFICULT CASE. LET US GO FOR THE VERDICT AND RETURN TO WORK. I PRAY AND HOPE THAT THE INSULTS WILL BE OVER SOON.

An unmeritorious case brought in BAD FAITH to disenfranchised Ghanaians in exercising their inviolable right of choosing a leader so that one man, Nana Addo, can achieve a life-long ambition of becoming the president is NO justice, but injustice in the superlative order and goes to demonstrate how egoistic and arrogant the man in question is. Wait for TRUE justice which is the sacred constitutional right of Ghanaians to elect a president which they so did on december 2012 being upheld and protected by the highest court of the land. It is fictitious to still think that Nana Addo will be Ghana's President after having followed the case so closely. Not even a re-run after the verdict and i can bet on that!

The Supreme Court Judges were generous to look at NPP's a bit of an idiot Akyem Akufo Ado and his lot's petition
- Akufo Ado's lot went to the Supreme Court on the count of valid and spoilt votes backed by a provision in a Constitution; but, the Interpretation of the the Constitution shows that the grounds of Akufo Ado's lot is not a sort of "Evil" the Constitution is meant to "Cure"
- Afari Gyan disregarded the spoilt votes to declare Mahama the President with the valid votes; with a general election conducted peacefully and fairly; and legally, since
- Ghana is not a tyrannical State for having regard to Organs of State and Separation of Powers, the Declaration of Afari Gyan binds the State of Ghana including the Supreme Court; and the Supreme Court has no powers to install Akufo Ado as President in place of elected Mahama
- Luther and brilliant Tsikata have little to submit

Mr. Osei Yaw, you are perfectly right. The Respondents have very little to write. Mr. Osei Yaw, when we vote in the UK, we don't witness the counting process, do we? However, when the results are announced no one raises issues of Fraud or irregularities. Indeed the Ghanaians in the UK do not raise such issues.
The voting process in Ghana is one of the most transparent in the whole world! You see, Nana Akufo Addo has taken the issue of illiteracy in Ghana to foment trouble. His initial intention was not to go to court but to incite his mostly illiterate followers to vandalise property in order to make the country ungovernable.Bravo to the NDC leadership who advised their followers to stay put and never to confront them face to face. This good advice prevented anarchy in the country. The NPP leadership planned to trick the NDC followers into confrontation.
Thanks also to the International Criminal Court(ICC); Nana Akufo Addo remembered the issues in Rwanda, Liberia, Kenya and Ivory Coast and quickly noted that if he was not careful any anything untoward happened, he would be hauled to the ICC to face Criminal Charges. If you are in doubt of what I am saying, recall what he told his supporters at the OBRA SPOT. (A) Massive Fraud. (B) Vote Padding in favour of President Mahama. (C)Deducting of Votes from Nana Akufo Addo and crediting them to President Mahama. One of the NPP MP ladies (As a respect to his new Husband in the UK, I would not mention her name in order not to stir trouble in the Family) called Mr. Mahama a THIEF(JULO).
However, when they went to the Supreme Court they said the issues were CONSTITUTIONAL and STATUTORY violations and catalouged them as follows:
(1) OVER-VOTING ( as evidenced on the face of some PINK sheets)
(2) NO MACHINE VERIFICATION ( some polling stations voters did not go through machine verification as evidenced ON THE FACE OF SOME PINK SHEETS)
(3) UNSIGNED PINK SHEETS by some Presiding Officers( a total of about 4% of the 26,002 Presiding Officers)
(4)Two (2) separate and un-identical Polling Stations with SAME SERIAL numbers (different polling station Codes, different polling station names, different Presiding officers and different polling station agents).
The most astonishing demand by the Nana Akufo Addo ( a Lawyer) is that, at all the Polling Stations where on the face of the Ballots Accounting Section on the Pink Sheet all these administrative errors were detected, all the VOTERS should be dis-enfranchised and their votes cancelled in direct contravention of Article 42 of our 1992 Constitution!
Nana Akufo Addo has summed up the alleged violations to be 3,916,385 votes.Out of this total, President Mahama should be debited with 2,612,788 thus reducing his number of votes to 2,961,973 (5,574,761-2,612,788) which will give him 41.84% = 2,961,973/(10,995,262-3,916,385 = 7,078,877).
Nana Akufo Addo should also be debited with 1,228,229, thus bringing his total votes to 4,020,669 i.e (5,248,898 - 1,228,229). This would give him 56.80% and therefore won the elections! Very LAUGHABLE INDEED! The other parties should be debited with 75,368 thus bringing their total figure to 96,235 i.e (171,603-75,368)resulting to 1.97%
Let me give you further information per the NPP analysis:
Number of Votes cast = (10,995,262 + 251,720 rejected ballots)-3,916,385)=7,330,597.
Number of Registered voters were 14,031,795 according to EC's figures. Therefore according to the NPP, the turnout % was 52.52% instead of the EC's figure of 80.15% after dis-enfranchising 3,916,385 voters.
Most of the NPP supporters only know of what they heard at the OBRA spot by their Leaders.
NANA AKUFO ADDO SHOULD THEREFORE BE BOLD ENOUGH TO TELL THEM THE ISSUES THEY SENT TO THE SUPREME COURT BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT VERDICT IS OUT.

The ruling party's magic show continues. By the Ghana Constitution provisions the Supreme Court has the absolute authority to overrule the Electoral Commission's declaration if indeed through the evidence it finds that the electoral processes as ascribed in the Ghana Constitution were not adhered to. This does not mean that the strict application of laws, rules, regulations is expected to be error free, but reasonable. The Supreme Court panel of nine, will be tasked to determine just what that "reasonable" factor would be. I would suggest that "reasonable" lies somewhere less than 5% of the total votes cast, but nowhere near 20 - 25% as the evidence may suggest.

Does this man understand what he is trying to say? Or maybe he is an armed robber. It is like saying that even if someone stole your car, just let go and don't do anything about it. I don't know what he is trying to say but I remember when Afari Gyan's tilapia was stolen, the whole world got to know about it and the matter was brought to court for redress. How stupid can any statement be unless it reads as follows:Even if something went on wrong during the 2012 elections, the final verdict should not change the results.
