He said: "we have no right to call ourselves civilized people.”. In his view, Ken Kuranchie, Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Searchlight, explained his 10-day prison experience after being declared contemptuous of court following a publication in his newspaper, said: "Ghanaians have no right to call themselves “civilized people” end of quote.

Two mighty powers at the Crossroads and some people don't want to understand that the Electoral Commission is an independent institution vested with powers to run elections in the country and to declare a president as well therefore i don't know if the Supreme Court is going to re-write the constitution by scrapping the powers of the EC so let's all get our fingers crossed and wait for what they are coming to tell Ghanaians and where the axe may fall that party can still continue with the case somewhere cos i quite remember that when the US Supreme Court ruled against Al Gore, they told him he could still fight the case at the Florida high court but in the interest of his country he declined to do it. So what is running now in the minds of JDM and Akufo-Addo if the verdict goes against any of them ? That's my million dollar question therefore i end up here by saying only God knows.

Afari-Gyan was either part of this fraud or else he was used as "Simpa Panyin" in the fraudulent exercise. Any class 6 child can deduct the total number of voters verified at a polling station from the total number of votes in a ballot box and determine "Over voting" at a polling station. Because then, the other party being the one who is removed from office because of this ruling will also go back and asked election result from those stronghold of the opponent be overturned. This comes with accusations and demand that the overturned result of 2012 election should be overturn in their favor. Really, really, really? You ask. Yes, yes, yes I say what is good for the goose is good for the gander. So the whole country will be put on hold and we will be subjected to what we just went through with this petition case.

Now I don't expect some people to see or understand me. Why? That is because they are not familiar with my mentor Mr. Logic or his ways. If the EC make omissions and errors in certain places, what shows that same errors are not found in the area excluded from this petition? Who wants to go back and check over the whole of the country looking for unsigned pink sheets? If you don't want to do that then I declare that you are not a Ghanaian but only NPP follower. Did I hear you say something? I heard murmuring. Speak-up if you may, so that I may give you an answer. Ghana government cannot, I repeat cannot be inherited. To become president you need to get 50+1 % of votes in an election to be declared as such. Now if you found irregularities and say that warrants an overturn, then you should also have to show areas where no such irregularities occurred. That will be the standard of your measurement. Now it sounds as if the petitioners are asking the SC to measure without a ruler or tape. What is the unit of measure?

If you come to me and say someone stole some of your harvested grains. My question to you will be; well, how much was stolen. The difference between complaining to a traditional ruler and the law courts is there are no standards at the traditional level (alignments and allegiances matter more) whereas judges need to quantify and qualify things. So if you show up to court and say your grain is stolen, be prepared to show, when, where, what, who, how and maybe why. If these measuring elements are not addressed in your pleadings, then your case may be lost. Courts would not do your homework for you. They don't have the means of doing that and it makes for impartiality. Also courts don't just throw out bogus cases. If they do, they will be out of business. That is what due process is. Lawyers don't normally tell the truth because their job is to protect the interest of their clients, no matter what; which includes lying and cheating. Sorry my nephews and nieces.

Let me digress and give you an example of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Let’s say twin brothers set out to steal cars. After trolling, each found a car stole it. But they were caught. One is sentenced to longer prison term that the other. I will have you know that the same judge tried them both on the same day in the same court. Well is that fair? You’d ask. I know those “Ghanaian” who did not see my point before will say “what…. I don’t know”. The thief who got a longer term; 5years stole a car worth $1000.00 and this twin brother stole a car worth $999.00 and got 1 year prison term. This is an example how the courts work. It is what it is. Stealing a car worth $1000.00 is grand theft auto according to the law in the USA at least. So I say to you the world is balance on inequality. So no individual is allowed to use that partial assessment to represent the whole in law courts. It works well at the bantaba, so people who feel they are not treated fairly can seek redress in the courts. But they must come with clean hands. So the maxim says “He who comes to justice must come with clean hands. The “DIRT” in this petition is those NPP stronghold results that are left out of the petition. Cheers Guys be good to one another.

Now if you want to call me names go ahead. My meal choice and where I worship does not matter. Occultism is not peculiar to one tribe. Voodoo practices were being done before Christianity in Ghana. Don’t say your forbearers did not do that and your children don’t know it. Stick and stone may break my bones but words my hurt only my feelings. What hurts you for your uncalled for tribal sentiments and bigotry is the political votes in the future. Be like you opponent keep you sentiment to yourselves avoid airing them, the cost may be the price you pay come voting next time. Tell you what, I am not a politician.
