    For lack of a 10% bribe, these civil servants cost the country a huge fortune.

    Who ever was in charge should be made to explain why they didn't pay the Ghc 5,000.00 in the first place

    I hope as all these are coming out now, the corrupt, lazy and greedy civil servants will wake up and at least have the interest of the country! What a disgraceful lot! Criminals!!! the whole lot of them!
