  PPP is a very ideal concept but very risky in practise. The people who will be put in charge to implement this project MUST seek advise elsewhere not only from this group. I happen to live and see this PPP in practice and the burden on the owners of the project versus the other parties in the contract. The framers of the details of the contract must read and read again the FINE PRINT. Be warned!!!
