Npp thinks Ghanaians have soon forgotten when they were stealing gold, money, land and other state properties. Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. In fact, the SC is really wasting time that is why these crooks think they still stand a chance. Where on earth have you seen SC removing democratically elected president and putting in a 70 years old drug baron, greedy and arrogant man as president? Ha! Afari-Gyan's magic is failing him this time. He's been caught in a big web of thievery and corruption. He still believes it's okay to cheat in an election. Now the man is refusing to acknowledge what's clear evidence of fraud. Thanks God all their dubious tricks to cheat in the December elections and all others have come to an end. Earlier he had told the court he doesn't know the meaning of "pdf" yet was able to purchase pdf related software for the elections. People now realise why Afari-Gyan & Co., oppossed the purchase of electronic scanners with high "dpi" for the election. Had the NPP not challanged the EC's decision to purchase low dpi scanners there would have been disaster than what we're hearing about.

Afari-Gyan is a big disgrace to Ghana and the EC. I'm beginning to believe all the stories going out there; rumour has it that Afari-Gyan was bribed and that he allowed himself to be influenced by big shots in the NDC. If what we're hearing is true then the man should be sent to jail. It's that simple. Unfortunately, the NPP didn't go to court for bribery allegation. But if it's really true then the result is what we're all witnessing in court right now. Oh, what a big shame!

Where is the original copy of the register used for the elections? It is only in Ghana that this story can be told! The EC is the repository of all election documents, and for the success of the current petition, the EC should have been ‘forced’ to file the original copies of all documents associated with the elections before the start of the case. Because Atuguba and his panel fundamentally failed in their duty to uphold the rule of law, we are where we are now. Afari Djan is claiming the copy of the register he has in his hands is different from what the petitioners are trying to tender so he will not accept it. Why wont the two be different if his own copy was compiled only recently? And the timid court is looking on timidly. God save Ghana!

Unless you are allowed to do a computer presentation. Barring the use of any computer in this case I don't see where we are talking PDFs and soft copy (should actually be called media i.e. CD or flash drive or portable hard drive). I understand that the SC is not using computer and media so why are we talking about it.

Team NPP continues to display the intellectual dishonesty and associated gimmickry that dishonest people carry as character flaws. Mr. Addison can be desperate as he wants trying to win for his side but to stoop to the level of these blatant gimmicks is even beneath him. Where in heaven’s name would Mr. Addison and or the respondents get their hands on the hard drives of the EC collation machines? In fact Addison is a disgraceful liar because unless and until the courts request for the hard drives of any EC machine be tendered as evidence subject to examination, neither party would have the legal right to remove government property by dismantling/disassembling.
Secondly Mr. Addison and his NPP crew, like the inept NDC crew, have shown that they are truly not up to logical, constructive and or deductive thinking. How is the EC collation machines expected to provide reports using Adobe Acrobat to produce pdf formatted soft copy reports if the system was not purchased with pdf report writing specifications? Yes one can convert other formatted documents into pdf format but would it not imply that the original documents can be changed/tampered with? Mr. Addison may have heard about pdf but he is just as clueless as the NDC team that allowed Dr. Bawumia to show he is as dishonest as anyone who uses statistics to prove any possible fallacy of a theory. Furthermore Mr. Addison should know that the originator of a pdf work product can make changes to original document; it is the recipients of the said document who may not be able to make changes because such changes may be prevented by the originator or may be traceable. Enough already with this intellectual inferior dishonesty by the NPP’s so-called educated elite class.
