Npp will soon die and a new party formed in its place. What npp are looking for is to come to power to loot the nation's resources. Npp thinks Ghanaians have soon forgotten when they were stealing gold, money, land and other state properties. Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. In fact, the SC is really wasting time that is why these crooks think they still stand a chance. Where on earth have you seen SC removing democratically elected president and putting in a 70 years old drug baron, greedy and arrogant man as president? You have been found out and God will punish you for wasting Ghanaian tax-payers money.

Somebody should round up all these blood thirsty and suicide prone communication directors and executives of the NPP to Pantan for serious mental rehabilitation. Atuguba was wise not to mention any specific names of persons who are writing to the supreme court so why does this fool think that he has to write to explain anything. These people are supposed to be educated and they just dont get it. Atuguba says that writing to the court while it is dealing with an issue constitutes contempt. This is what the law states and why should this be a problem for anyone. Are some people trying to change and re-write the laws of Ghana? Can you imagine that a court says an action could be contemptuous and someone who claims to hold a PhD says no. Fine, maybe his interpretation of that law differs from that of the judges, so all he needs to do is to write again to the court and after he has been charged ha can go and make his stupid, irresponsible and pretentious legal arguments in court. In fact there is something seriously wrong with these NPP people. They are on the road to destroying this country and they will pay for it dearly. Why are they not reading the lips of Dr. Wireko Brobbey? Meanwhile anyone can test the will of the supreme court and if they lose and end up at Akuse prisons there will be many idiots who will go and celebrate their release to demonstrate the level of their IQs.

What Judge Atubugah said makes a lot of sense (common sense). Obviously, the SC does not need any material whether argument or advice or any other thing outside of the court to make their ruling. The only thing that must influence them is evidence brought before the court.
Anybody who thinks he has something to offer must apply to do so when granted and the parties will also be given the chance to examine what has been offered.
It is not fair for any material on the petition, even from an angel, to reach the SC without the parties to the petition having the opportunity to examine it. This is common sense.

Mahama said the SC will prove that he won the election. That is a far worse statement than people writing letters to express their opinions and not stating decisions for the SC. Mahama should thus be jailed for this statement. If the SC is steadfast, letters, comments, opinions will not affect their judgement, so that should be the least of their problems. I feel sorry for Ghana when I watch the chairman speaks. He simply doesn't command authority as someone who knows what he is doing and the whole world is watching. He is portraying Ghana in the worst possible light. Let's be honest and ask ourselves if we want to be and speak like him. If we want him as the role model for justice in Ghana. Let's brace ourselves for the worse.

Arthur Kennedy's recent comments is nothing more than his formula to prepare his ways as a contender for the next flag-bearer of the NPP. Tis is a tactical move to raise publicity and to make his name known to the voters. Remember his miserable performance the last time?. As a typical NPPian, he believes that the more noises and indeed the more the irresponsible and unintelligent the noise, the more you would be adored by the likes in the community. The 'one-way scholar' who cannot relate his academic/intellectual acquisition or theory into the practical needs of his people i.e instead of displaying wisdom he tries to behave like the 'little professor' hiding behind his 'dr' and making fool of himself by spewing total garbage all the time.

Yesterday, Prof Kwaku Asare (Kwaku Azar) called for those writing letters to the SC "to be exposed and punished" and I agreed with him. I have recently lamented some of Arthur Kennedy's postings on this issue and if indeed he did write to the SC justices in the manner described, it does not only corroborate my own admonition but exposes his ignorance of the law, its constitutional provisions and how it is interpreted.
As a fellow lay-person from a very similar academic background as my 'friend' Arthur K, I have argued how in our quest to express our opinions on matters, we can sometimes inadvertently betray our ignorance and in the process cause unnecessary problems for ourselves. I do not doubt as a politician (as he is), Arthur Kennedy probably sought 'legal opinions' or 'second opinions' about his letters before dispatching them.
One thing though he has to learn as a politician is that the opinions or responses or support you get for your point (s) of view may be so skewed in 'party colours' that you could easily be 'misled' by so-called experts on certain matters when you seek their opinion or input into what you wish to do. Lesson for Kobina: please don't rely on the familiar and obvious sources. Always ask others who are neutral but would tell it to you as it is.
He is an excellent orator but I guess he is still learning his trade and perhaps is not as 'astute' a politician as I used to think. A pity and a real shame, but it is never too late to learn and 'mature'.

“We are all equal under the law,” he reminded." Arthur K.
Arthur K, we're all not equal under the law. You know better than that. As citizens imbued with certain human and constitutional rights, yes, we are all equal. This is the basis of the freedoms we enjoy. However, as professionals or actors authorized to carry out specific functions in various fields of competence, we are all not equal. This is a very stupid statement to come from a man such as you.
Arthur K, when it comes to the law, it's interpretation and administration, you're not equal to Justice Atuguba, in much the same way as Martin Brew is not equal to Dr. Kennedy when we get into a surgical operating room. For me to insist that because we're all equal, my medical opinions in a theater as just as informed as that of Kennedy would be the height of folly.
Arthur K, we get it! We get the needless politicking of your NPP party and we get the fact that you're compelled to weigh in on behalf of the belligerent posture of your party in the current election petition before the SC. But please don't tell us you are equal to the SC judges in the matter of administering the law. Your attempt to influence them in their deliberations on the election petition constitutes undue interference, a contemptuous conduct on your part. And they're asking your to stop it. Please stop it.
