    If the law will make a provission that the new taxes willnotbe passon to the consumer, that will be fine. The new law may criminaliusew the pqssing on the new tax to the consumer.

    I think the government should find a way of taxing the informal traders as well. Informal trading is the major occupation in Ghana beside Farming and yet the government does not have any effective way of taxing informal trade ...
