Don't compare developed countries to third world countries where there are no laws governing anything. Buy made in China product from USA and compare it to Made in China product for Africa(Ghana) and you will know what am talking about. Do your research. Don't let the gov't fool you.

Does rLG assemble or make handsets, someone should help me. Making and assembling are very different. Do they expect me to buy a handset made assembled by rLG when there is a Samsung/Apple brand.
